At last we can reveal the -almost- finished version of our adorable Mini neighbour! We wanted to finish him totally, but we made a few changes to the patterns and didn't want to wait to show him.We are incredibly proud of the way he has turned out ;_;  

Compared to the latest WIP we showed you, we made the tail embroidery, the final body and a minky vest with embroidery details.  We're also surprised by the volume that the vest got with the embroidery. Being such a small piece, it gives it a 3D effect. It gives him a realistic and super adorable touch.

We were worried we wouldn't be able to add toe beans to his tiny foot. Since it is such a small piece, we could not add a "sole" per se to the foot. So we came up with the idea of adding embroidery on the back. Say hi to the tiny tiny paws ;v; they make us want to squeeze them.  

We are happy with how well all the details turned out, despite the many changes needed to make a smaller version of the plushie. We like the fact that we didn't just make a Chibi version, instead we kept the proper proportions, shapes and details of the original design. It's more our style! In fact, we almost like it more than the big version (we have improved a lot in a year :D )  

The plushie is almost complete, so we will work on digitalizing its patterns and writing the sewing instructions throughout the first week of July. We hope to have them available in the coming weeks.

Finally, since the squirrel villager expansion pack won in our latest poll, in a few days we will post a new poll to choose the next squirrels you want us to upload!

Por fin os podemos enseñar a nuestro adorable Mini vecino casi terminado. Queríamos terminarlo del todo ya, pero cambiamos un par de cosas del patrón y queríamos enseñarlo ya. Pero en un par de horas estará terminado del todo.No sabéis lo orgullosas que estamos de cómo ha quedado ;_;   

Respecto al último WIP que os enseñamos, hicimos el bordado de la cola, pasamos el cuerpo a limpio y le hicimos su chaleco con minky y detalles bordados.  Nos sorprende el volumen que ha obtenido el chaleco con el bordado. Al ser una pieza pequeña, se hace mucho relieve. Le da un toque muy realista y super adorable

Algo que nos preocupaba era no poder poner eran sus pequeñas huellas en la patita. Al ser una pieza tan pequeña, no podíamos ponerle "suela" al pie como tal. Así que se nos ocurrió poner el bordado por detrás. Saludad a las almohadillas chiquititas ;v; Dan ganas de apretarlas! 

Estamos contentas de que, aún con los cambios que tuvimos que hacer para adaptar el peluche a una versión más pequeña, hayan quedado todos los detalles genial. Nos gusta que no hayamos hecho una versión Chibi sin más, si no que hemos mantenido bien las proporciones, formas y detalles del diseño original. Más a nuestro estilo! De hecho, nos gusta casi más que la versión grande jajaja. (Después de un año, hemos mejorado bastante :D )   

El peluche está ya casi entero, así que durante la primera semana de Julio estaremos trabajando en digitalizar sus patrones y escribir las instrucciones de costura. Esperamos tenerlos  disponibles en estas próximas semanas. 

Por último, como en la última encuesta ganó el pack expansión de ardillas, en unos días os daremos una nueva encuesta para elegir cuales serán las próximas ardillas que subiremos!
