Working on the squirrel pattern expansion (Patreon)

Hello everybunny!

Today we want to show you how we're doing with the squirrel villager expansion patterns!Since they have the same body as Marshal, we're focusing on the details that are different: the face embroidery, tail and clothes.

We've started with Poppy, since she was the most voted <3We made her cute head first. Her head has an applique, so it was a bit difficult to make the shape properly and fit the face in it. But after 4 embroidery tests adjusting sizes and distance, she turned out SUPER adorable ;3;

In the second picture, there are the first three attempts so you can see the evolution.

On the other hand, we were afraid that the minky colour we chose was too dark for the plush, because the other similar ones were either too bright or too orange-y. But at the end we love the colour combination of crimson and ivory.

Next we will either design her tail embroidery or another character's head ^^

Hello everybunny! 

Hoy os venimos a enseñar cómo estamos avanzando en la expansión de ardillas para los próximos patrones!Como usan el mismo cuerpo, nos hemos centrado en trabajar y conseguir un buen resultado en los detalles que cambian; el bordado de la cara, cola y ropa.  

Hemos empezado por Encina, que fue la más votada por vosotros <3Trabajamos en su adorable cabeza primero. Al tener un aplique en la cara, ha sido algo difícil de encajar y diseñar su bordado. Pero tras 4 pruebas ajustando tamaños y distancias, ha quedado SUPER adorable ;3;Os dejamos en la segunda foto las 3 primeras pruebas para que veáis su evolución.  

Por otro lado, nos daba miedo que el color de minky fuera muy oscuro para el peluche, porque los más claros no eran de su tono (eran más chillones o anaranjados). Pero al final nos encanta la combinación de ivory con crimson.  

Ahora podemos pasar a diseñar su cola o hacer otra cabeza de personaje ^^  

Recordad que tanto Encina como Protón estarán a la venta una vez los terminemos. Así que podéis preguntar por ellos si os interesa!
