ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Hey everybunny! We haven't posted much lately. These couple of weeks we're focused on the SOTN plushies. But the effort is worth it, because this Friday, if everything goes well, we will finally deliver the first batch of plushies! The second batch doesn't have a deadline like the first one, so we can work on them from time to time ^^ We will post some pics to show how they turn out.

Back to our plushies, today it's the turn of the second squirrel from the expansion pack; the adorable and cute Poppy! We're in love with her colours and how her alpinist dress. We'll talk about the work on the plush now.

Poppy's head embroidery was the head that took most work of the three, because her applique turned out assymmetrycal in the middle. But after several tests, we made it look right. We love her eyes and V shaped mouth. Now to the dress, which its embroidery wasn't so tiny and detailed as Static's dragon or Sheldon's tiger, but it was still difficult to think how we would make all those clothing layers. She had a blouse, dress and apron. And being SO tiny, we decided to make everything in applique instead of making different pieces of clothing. And we're very happy, because it looks really detailed and makes the effect of different layers. The dress is too cute, we can't stop looking at it hahaha

Finally, we made the tail with an applique, unlike Static's full embroidered tail. We already told you that you will have both options on the embroidery files, so you can use the one you prefer when making your own squirrels ^^

What do you think? Do you think she looks as cute as in the game? We're very proud, honestly.

Next week we will post Sheldon, and just after that, the patterns and embroidery files for the 3 villagers will be available!

----ESPAÑOL----

Hey everybunny!
