First of all, welcome to all our new patrons that joined with Lopmon and Terriermon's patterns. We hope you enjoy our content!

Now talking about work, today we bring you the last WIP of the Elementallis prototypes; the earth elemental is finished!

At the beginning, our idea for this plush was to make it geometric, but organic and uneven at the same time. we wanted it to have different pieces.First we tried to imagine the shape by making a papercraft (like we showed you in the previous post), but at the end we tried to sculpt some shapes with clay. We made two different pieces, and at the end we fused them together to create our final idea (a plush with remarkable edges but a bit round too, like a real rock).

We made some pattern tests for the shape and size and we finally got one we liked! So we only needed to make its distinctive eyes to make the final version.

It looks simple from the front, specially on pictures. But in person it has interesting and cute shapes, with all the dimensions and how it's different from every angle. We maybe make it a bit less wide, but that will be already on the final plushies.

We parted from a really simple design, like with the electric element. So we tried to make a shape a bit more complex and unique so it can match with the other elements.

With all the elemental prototypes finished, we can make them a photoshoot and start preparing them for the Kickstarter rewards! We're so happy and excited, and we thank the developer for giving us so much freedom with the plush designs, apart from his kindness and patience with the project. You will soon see all the photos of the finished plushies :D

Buenas tardes everybunny y feliz solsticio de verano<3

 En primer lugar, saludar a todos los nuevos mecenas que han llegado con los patrones de Lopmon y Terriermon. Esperamos que disfrutéis mucho de nuestro contenido!

Hablando ahora del trabajo, hoy os enseñamos el último wip de los prototipos de Elementallis; el elemental roca ya está terminado!  

Empezando por el principio, la idea para este peluche era hacer un peluche geométrico, pero que a la vez de viera orgánico y desigual. Que tuviera diferentes piezas.Primero probamos en imaginar la forma haciendo papercraft (como os enseñamos en el post anterior), pero al final probamos a esculpir algunas formas interesantes en barro. Hicimos dos piezas distintas, y acabamos fusionando ambas para nuestra idea final (que se marcasen bien las aristas del peluche pero fuera algo redondeado, como una piedra real).  

Hicimos varias pruebas de patrones y tamaño y finalmente conseguimos una que nos gustaba! Así que solo tocaba bordar los característicos ojos para terminarlo.  

De cara parece un peluche muy simple, y sobretodo en las fotos. Pero en persona es bastante curioso y bonito, pues es interesante verlo con dimensiones y cómo es diferente en cada ángulo. Quizás lo estrechamos un poco de frente, pero eso si lo hacemos ya será en los peluches finales.

Partíamos de que era un diseño muy sencillo, como en el caso del rayo. Así que hemos intentando que su forma sea más compleja y única para que esté a la altura de sus compañeras elementales

Con todos los prototipos de los elementales terminados, ya podemos hacerles la sesión de fotos y prepararlos para ser las recompensas de su Kickstarter! Estamos muy ilusionadas y contentas. Y agradecemos de corazón que el creador nos haya dado tanta libertad en los diseños de los peluches, aparte de su amabilidad y paciencia en el proyecto.  Pronto veréis todos los peluches con sus fotos finales :D
