Sprigatito WIP 4: Ears and tail (Patreon)

Hello everybunny!  Today we have a new WIP of the adorable Sprigatito

Now that we had the head and the body done, we started working on the ears and tail patterns. Starting with the ears, we didn't expect them to be so difficult, but at the end we needed several tests to get a good shape. They turned out either too big and looked like a rabbit, or they were too small and short. But at the end we got a result we liked a lot ^^ And if you look closely, you can see that we tried to make the front side with dimension, making the border stand out from the inside. It's subtile, like in the 3D model.

After that we started working on the tail. We wanted it to look fluffy and have a natural curve. And, after 3 tests, we got the pattern we wanted. And, of course, that iconic strand of fur standing out hahaha

Now with the ears and details, we have realised that the head is a bit small. So we will make another test with a slightly bigger head and we'll also make some adjustments to the eye embroidery. And if that turns out good, we will be officially able to make the clean version of the Paldean kitty!!

We're super excited and can't wait to see how it looks like with its original colours. Though the pink sakura version has stolen our hearts <3

Hello everybunny! Hoy os traemos un nuevo WIP del adorable Sprigatito

Ahora que teníamos la cabeza y cuerpo hechos, nos pusimos con el patrón de las orejas y la cola.Empezando por las orejas, no esperábamos que nos fueran a ser tan difíciles, pero necesitamos varios intentos para conseguir una forma bonita. O quedaban grandes y parecían de conejo o se veían muy pequeñas y cortas. No había término medio. Pero al final nos gustó mucho el resultado ^^ y si os fijáis, intentamos que el reborde de la oreja quedase algo más sobresalido que el interior de la oreja. Es sutil, como en su modelo 3D.  

Después nos pusimos con la cola. Queríamos que se viera esponjosa pero que tuviera una curva natural. Y, tras 3 pruebas, nos salió el patrón que buscábamos. Y obviamente, con el característico mechón saliendo jajaja.

Ahora con las orejas y todo, nos hemos dado cuenta que la cabeza es un pelín pequeña. Así que haremos una última prueba de la cabeza más grande y ajustando unos pequeños cambios en el bordado de los ojos. Y si esta queda bien, ya podremos ponernos a pasar a limpio al gatito de Paldea oficialmente!!

Estamos super ilusionadas y deseando ver cómo queda con sus colores originales. Aunque su versión rosa sigue robándonos el corazón <3
