Great show - thank you for sharing your thoughts and educating us. Azelia was cancelled last year when she admitted that she lightened her skin - also not forgetting her racist and homophobic rants. She wants to be recognised and lauded as an intelligent dark skinned black woman but then rejects her heritage ( by trying to be lighter skinned version of herself ). She might be intellectually well versed but is completely tone deaf. She’s squandered her opportunity to be a positive leader and influencer - all she has done ( by also hating on Cardi B ) is highlight her insecurities and sense of being a perpetual victim who believes she is owed more accolades than she gets.
