This resonated with me more than anything else I've listened to in the last year or so. For context, I had idealised a kickstarter-esque equity crowdfunding platform to enable anyone with an idea and ambition to pursue their dreams regardless of socio-economic status. When I attempted to put this into action and got involved in politics, lobbying, law, and economics, it led me to revisit Marx and consider post-capitalism ideals. Being concerned too much with the physical efforts of putting ideas into action, I hadn't dedicated the time to build an establishment around it. The Wildfire Project sounds like the Yin to my Yang - or the top-down to my bottom-up. Looking forward to more of this.
