Brooksey, you mentioned some incoming Democrats supporting BDS. I think this is an underrated issue. But to bolster it we need to get out a message and change BDS into a more structured activism with teeth, specifically, BDS needs to champion and support the peace movement in Israel, and even invest in Israel in ethical and morally responsible areas, supporting the grass roots progressive in Israel and Gaza and the West Bank. We cannot have BDS being a blanket boycott of Israel, since as we've already seen, this fans flames of false and disgusting claims of antisemitism which are a cynical cover for pro-war, pro-apartheid conservatives and oligarchs. Why "underrated"? Because people (IMHO) vastly underestimate the positive effects that a tolerant and secure and friendly Israel would be, not only in the region, but downstream in terms of more systematic factors like US politics and associated hysteria. Further, the peace movement in Israel is, contrary to media reports, incredibly strong, but it is being viciously repressed by the Israeli conservatives and their propaganda machine.

Thumbs up for the Global Brief segment. I can't emphasize enough how a global perspective is needed, especially for the new breed of progressives entering US Congress. They will need massive support from grass roots to stay strong and avoid capitulation to the neolibs, and to even convert some of the more open-minded caring neoliberals who are just naive rather than pure robot overlord market fundamentalist types, and part of that will come from global leftist solidarity, which is diluted if they are focused only on electoral politics in the USA.
