Great episode! Non native broadcasters never talk about the problems we face in Indian country! Last night on the Flathead Indian reservation, my wife and I listened to the show. It was the first time my wife had listened with me, and she was pleasantly surprised to hear y’all talking about the negative impacts this shutdown is having on sovereign native nations in the U.S. my wife is an enrolled member of Salish Nation and I have Blackfeet blood in me from my mother. I reached out to justice democrats today about endorsing me on my quest to unseat bitch ass Gianforte. Last time they chose a lawyer over me, so we’ll see what happens. Almost thirty native women went missing last year in Montana and Gianforte hasn’t said a word. Gianforte has over three hundred million dollars and I grew up in poverty so I’ll let you guess who cares more about our seven Indian reservations and poor people in Montana. Republicans want to implement a sales tax here and open private prisons instead of taxing millionaires that move here. These rich assholes bought up all the land surrounding our public lands and have completed blocked access to them. I need to get elected before Gianforte says nobody is using our public lands so they should be leased to mining and oil. I’m coming for you Gianforte and I wish you would put your hands on me like you did that reporter. Stay tuned friends. I can’t wait to embarrass Gianforte in debates. I’m really hoping that since I’m starting earlier this time that justice democrats will endorse me instead of a rich lawyer like last time. End the war on drugs and close private prisons. 70% tax rate for over ten million dollars. Legalize marijuana in Montana and I can promise my Montana brothers, sisters and non binary friends that life will be better for us people making less than 100 grand a year. I’m a union electrician. I have a bachelor degree in wildlife and fisheries management and I grew up broke as fuck. I’m not for sale. Let’s end this epidemic of native women going missing and get everyone health care. I’m sick of rich people moving to Montana and not paying their share
