Re the “leaked” tape of zuckerberg: this was exactly my first thought too. Who benefits from the narrative zuckerberg is afraid of Warren? And who truly poses the biggest threat to the plutocrats? Convenient timing on that leak, as well. They are trying hard to make it seem as if the billionaire class fears Warren. We know who the true existential threat is. If it were Warren, she wouldn’t be the darling of MSM like she is now.

Yeah, on the meritocratic hatred of Bernie... you don't need to be defensive against the credentialed and well-educated elites. There is a greater type of merit, which I'd say is spiritual merit. If you've got love and compassion for your fellow citizens of the world you immediately allow yourself to rise above the certified pathologies of papered credentialed materialistic meritocracy.

Adolf Reed gets a lot of hate for basically saying reparations is nigh impossible in our current political economic climate. I agree with Reed on his basic analysis, but think he does not do a good enough job of seeing how change can happen suddenly. If you apply incrementalism to everything then 95% of the time you are going to be right, but the 5% of the time you are wrong you are catastrophically wrong. If you don't think things are logically or physically impossible then they are possible and you must give people hope.
