Havent had a chance to watch postgame yet so i dont know if this was brought up, but could it have been Soleimani being in peace talks that actually got him killed? Could it be that nefarious, that the defense contractor representatives that infect our govt saw peace deelvelopment between Saudis and Iranians as such a financial threat, that they put this in front of Trump for that reason and dressed it up in a way Trump would go for it?

That trump clip talking about khashoggi gets me every time. What a moron!

Wow this postgame had me in tears. Michael and Matt have absurdly funny synergy. Guess I'll have to check out Chapo Trap House at long last. Much love to y'all keep up the good fight left is best Hail Sanders etc.

Great stuff Michael! Really impressed with the idea presented that we're already in WWIII post 9/11 and it's just low intensity and in may cases by proxy. Could also make the argument that it's over the same issues as the last 2 world wars: access to fossil fuel, warm water ports, and the ability to exploit weaker nations for their natural resources such as minerals.

Not likely. Javad Zarif, as Iran's foreign minister, is Iran's peace talks guy. Soleimani spent his entire adult life as a battlefield commander-peace talks were not his expertise.
