Lots of ways to look at it. But if you continue to ignore the money power and surrender it to the capitalists you will never win. Automation and robotics, which is supposed to give us more free time to be happy, will make labor less and less powerful. Money is the only way we can obtain from each other what we need to survive and thrive. Its an amazing invention that the left has failed to understand. Why do you object to the people having power over their own money system? And why is it ok that capitalists are allowed to create and distribute it as they wish?

no objection, its just simply not going to happen without a power change, which we are working to figure out, no magic bullets

Well I think you might have it a little backwards. Regaining control of the money system is the path to regaining power. Its also important to understand from the get-go what a power change actually looks like. If we shut down Amazon and pump our fists in self-congratulation, they'll be back. Its not a magic bullet but NOT understanding is an anchor around our necks. BTW - it had a shot of happening in Switzerland last year and Kucinich/Conyers have a bill ready to go. Do we give up because its hard. All of progressive goals need to be fought hard for. But until we wrest the money power from capitalism they will always have the upper hand. The question is not, why should you care, but why shouldn't you?
