On to the truth or dare game, Stephanie dares Brian to remove one article of clothing from her:

Stephanie is then dared to give Brian her panties:

The big climax where Stephanie asks Brian to go down on her:

Several other illustrations won the patron polls despite technically taking place after the planned scope of our first release, starting with Kelly dressing/undressing the next morning while Brian was on his run:

We got multiple variations in case we wanted to include them as stripping options for the truth or dare game.

Finally, the Stephanie - Kelly kiss that happens just as Brian returns to the hotel room that morning:

Nice to see new sides of Megan and Rebecca. :)

Youkai-sama

Ok, I just started reading and does Rebecca have a borderline case of DID? Good greif. XD

TiAM325

Good to really see inside Rebecca's thought processes.

HornsOfTheseus

David Jones you definitely should start from the beginning. This teaser is for Chapter 8 and was a massive spoiler for the most part

Okay, the strict compartmentalization of Mara from Rebecca would seem to indicate that she needs...something. Healing? Fusion? Attention? Personal reconciliation? And those things might be on the table with the charm. Interesting shower scene. If things had broken a different way earlier, perhaps Fletcher would have tried to facilitate something similar for Megan. But, where Rebecca strides the line between businesslike, inquisitive, and interested, Fletcher probably wouldn't have been able to avoid skeevy undertones because of the age gap. Plus, as an accountant, he doesn't have the nursing experience Rebecca does.

However, I don't understand why Rebecca sees Emily as the destroyer here or why she's on the verge of tears. I guess I've been assuming that Chloe is so warped that any connection she's forged in the last five years is hollow and insubstantial enough to be almost illusory. When the bond breaks, its mark washes away like footprints on the shoreline. Obviously, I made an error viewing it that way.

Emily's been the only member of the group to really see through Chloe and she hasn't been amazing at keeping her feelings under control. Meanwhile Chloe has been pretty good about keeping her true personality under wraps. Naturally when things break down Rebecca's first instinct is to assume Emily was the one to blame.

HardhatDoozer

I’ve known people who treat the one who disturbs the peace of the group like Emily did as the villain. To do that you need to ignore the causal factors. But for that type of person the peace of the group is supreme and trumps any and all causal factors.

Patreon comments broken, this for https://www.patreon.com/posts/28539034: AHE: Emily & Brian illustration; Brian's skin tone seems off, beige almost, but that may be because we lack lighting info on the picture. Nailed the 90-s cartoon physique for him; Never been a fan of that particular esthetic, but I'd probably get used to it in-game. Always did picture him slightly more svelte when reading though. It doesn't seem so triangular in the character sheets, but here, it's Clark Kent in an office shirt vibes. Frankly, Em's looking so much better than him here it's not even funny.
