AHE: Restroom Exterior (Patreon)

   Kelly first meets Stephanie at the mirror in the ladies restroom where they talk for a few moments about the sudden streak of pink color Stephanie has discovered in her hair. At that time—Kelly didn't think very much of the girl. The rest of the third chapter takes place just outside that restroom, where Kelly meets Brian and has her interest piqued as he gives her his spare convention badge.

   A pretty simple illustration, meant to be a perspective from inside that little alcove off to the side of the vendor's room entrance in our convention lobby illustration. I'm really hoping that in-game all of these scenes will feel grounded with one another and give the player a spatial sense for the convention center and help it feel more real.

   Unfortunately, because of some financial setbacks I've had to scale back my game asset budget and this will be the last background illustration for this month. Look forward to two more backgrounds in March! Both of the March backgrounds will be somewhat related to this same area, I'll be commissioning a wider lobby view with day/night variation as well as a closeup of the set of doors leading into the vendor's room that's somewhat visible here in this scene.
