WIP - New couples pose! (Patreon)

So I was hoping to release a new couples pose (Kneeling Blowjob) at the same time as adding Jessica into the MPSC.  I'm having some issues though, so it might take a little longer than expected.  The issue is the hands on the butt and keeping them close as the male thrusts.  I could release it if I move her hands (which might be what I end up doing), but I'm going to work on this a bit more before I give up on it...
