At around 2:10-2:20 into the video, the radio announcer that the clones are listening to says "this one goes out to the mudjumpers of the 224th slugging it out on Mimban..." Mimban was the mud planet that Han fought on near the start of Solo: A Star Wars Story when he was in the imperial army.

You asked if 'brotherhood' was of particular importance to the clones, and as the series goes on you'll see that it really is. Not only do you already see them refer to each other as "brothers", but as the series delves more and more into their individual personalities and the way they've been indoctrinated/brainwashed it becomes clear that the brotherhood between them fills the void that for everybody else is shared between familial love, friendships, cultural ancestry, etc. The lack of reference in the Original Trilogy (any AT ALL) to Anakin Skywalker having a connection to R2-D2 or C-3PO is one of the reasons that I think the Prequels really fumbled the ball by trying to tie all their histories together. It was part of their need to say "it's all connected!" when it ends up just not making much sense. The story they're telling now is that Anakin is so fixated on R2 because he's part of the shared history of Anakin & Padme getting together, which is fine on its own, but it falls apart when Vader doesn't even recognize either drove later on.
