I'm actually surprised, the way season ended I thought we were starting out differently but in hindsight now I actually remember she was a little like this towards the end.

anywhooo trying to catch up on it all, I'll try to get the Expanse up tomorrow night but if not (because of the livestream) then I will have it up Saturday!

I'm sorry you're not feeling good at the moment, I know how dealing with life stuff can wear you down, and I hope things take a positive turn for you soon. On a lighter note: I loved the reaction! I'm really excited for you to experience this season, as it's really where the show starts to come into its own. Also, is this still the Amazon version? Because it's the proper 4:3 version, and that's great! You might already notice the show is lit properly now, and everyone looks far less like a plastic doll version of themselves.

Glad you're at least feeling well enough to get back to recording. Sometimes restarting something after a break, no matter what it is or how easy it may seem, it is a big hurdle all on its own. Absolute0 above is correct, the best explanation the fandom can come up with for the bones is that the Master was just THAT old. That's also why his face is even more monster-y than most vampires, and why never turns back to "human mode" like all of the other vampires that we see for long enough. The older you get as a vampire, the more you become Monstrous.
