My dearest Austinite friend and collaborator Tashi and I stepped into this STUNNING place in late September — decked out in Pink, I gasped and squealed, I could not contain myself… I mean, floor to ceiling, everywhere, pink. In San Marcos, Texas. The Pink Penthouse.

Access to an outrageous costume closet, a lush pink indoor playground to shoot in… even a pink mechanical bull….!!!

It was fabulous beyond belief.

My intention is to host a luxurious women’s event there at some point in my travels to Austin… Women feeling sexy in lingerie, poetry, music, champagne… mmmm yes, celebrationnnn — it is my middle name. ❤️

Can you tell I was OBSESSED with my makeup, and this incredible robe?! Goodness. Walking into that costume closet was heavenly…

The woman who owns this place, I’ve heard, started building it during the summer right after covid started 👀

It’s inspiring. As soon as I stepped inside, my own vision sharpened a little more… and maybe got a little more pink infused into it (I do dream of having at least one entirely pink room in one of my homes).

I intend to have spaces (several around the world) that I can live and play and create in whenever I desire, and rent it out for shoots/filming/events/other travelers.

It’s all in the works.

Part of the long-term vision.

Remembering each day to move intentionally, and slowly. There’s no need to rush. It’s all happening. I’ve just got this feeling of excitement for what’s to come that I can barely contain.
