Sex… Positive… Tarot…! Oh my! ❤️ (Patreon)

Pictured here with me is Diego Tigrotto, a friend and stellar creative mind who is slowly growing into a beloved confidante and co-conspirator of mine.
He and a woman named Libera Ligorio, both of whom call Italy home, have officially launched the Sex Positive Tarot — a deck brilliantly and beautifully designed to create a pathway for both introspection and greater communication around sexuality. Over 30 artists around the world contributed their ASTOUNDING talents to the project.
I was originally supposed to perform at the in-person launch party in Rome this past Thursday, as I had been in Italy a few weeks prior — but I couldn’t stay in the country long enough to attend, mostly because my legally allotted days in Europe as an American were running low.
(Note: Americans get three months out of every six months in what’s called the Schengen area — most of the EU. Meaning, for someone who has not been there and is not a citizen of the countries within that area — if you go there today, you can spend 90 out of the next 180 days there. After 180 days, your “time allotted” resets. And then you can spend another 90 out of the next 180 days there. So on, and so forth. If you overstay, there are consequences — at the very least, fines! FYI, do your research before you travel!)
So since I could not attend, Diego invited me to share a performance during the online launch this afternoon.
Five minutes — a short time — but wow am I so grateful for the space I was allotted, as I feel honored to participate in this profound project!
One thing I cannot help but pay attention to as I travel is a culture’s relationship to intimacy and sexuality. And as you might imagine, there is such a broad spectrum of experiences people have — even within the same country.
So anything that opens up dialogue — especially in creative ways — around these topics… well, I will delight in exploring such a thing…
The launch was recorded, so I will post a link when it is ready.
I played a little game with viewers, speaking dramatically to an object off-screen that represented one of the Major Arcana in the deck, and letting people guess which one was being represented.
Having done a couple of zoom performances in the past few years, they are indeed an entirely different animal than stage or traditional screen performance. But I was up for the mini-challenge, and I think everyone had a fun time engaging.
Pictured above, you can see a snapshot of an Instax photo of Diego and I, when we felt inspired to experiment with some spicy photos together last July after meeting.
I am ever-so-glad to keep expanding my circle of friends around the world — people slowly weaving a future for humanity where everyone feels free to express themselves however they choose, and feel celebrated and supported in doing so.
Kudos to you all for and and all of the ways you do this.
And as I’ve said before…
…thank you for being here on this journey with me.

Qs — Do you have any experience with tarot? Either reading or having cards read? What was it like? If you took a look at the deck via my links above, do any cards jump out at you? Are there any questions you currently have about your intimate and sexual life and desires? Do you feel you have community around you that is supportive in your explorations?
