Aaaaand this is how my mom dropped the biggest bomb ever, that I was, in fact, diagnosed with ADHD (and possible Autism) as a kid, more than 20 years ago, and even was medicated but they decided to stop medicating me and going to the doctors because "I was fine" and because "doctors used to diagnose that to every noisy kid".

Luckily my mom saves all the documents and I am a 90% sure I do have ADHD. Now I see how it affects me, but unfortunately I ca't search for help because since it doesn't affect me "that negatively" so I have anxiety problems, doctors won't give me an updated diagnosis.

So I have to rely on help and tips I found online YAY
