Goooood afternoon, world of Patreon! I know it's been rather quiet on the homefront, but I actually have some explanations for that... as well as a top secret patreon announcement of something that I've had brewing for a while now.

1) THE BEES

my GOD the BEES - I've been sewing my dang fingers off! As you might have recalled, I made myself a plush bee, just for fun. I posted it online.. and Reddit, Twitter, and Tumblr all recated VERY positively to it! I ended up getting 4 commissions to make some, and I think I have a few more on the way! I'd love to have taken a picture of them all together, but I needed to ship two of them out upon completion. For now, you can take a peek at the stack all together

2) Crochet!

It's getting colder, and work is getting busier.. so I've been looking to do something cozy with my hands. I don't really have time to do drawing at work lately, but I have found time to make a stitch or two as I go. Since I'm going to Disney in two days (!!!!!!), I wanted to make a little mini-me to take pictures with! I've only really worked on it while at the hotel/on the job, but I'm pretty happy with the little dude :)

I took pictures of all the steps along the way, and I'll be sharing a little assembly post with just you patrons later!~

3) Secret Project: Cretaceous Cafe

Okay, here's the big one. As I've previously mentioned, it's been absurdly busy at work. My doodle between customer time has shrunk exponentionally, and I've been pretty much superglued to the work computer. Because of that, I've had lots of time to just type and alt+tab between my writing and the work programs. SO - I've finally taken the dive and have started drafting my first video game: Cretacous Cafe.

Cretacous Cafe is going to be a visual novel-esque story where you, the player, suddenly wakes up as an anthropomorphic dinosaur. Saved by a Tyrannosaurus coffee shop owner named Terry, you go through your days helping the cafe grow, all while making new dino-tastic friends along the way.

I don't have any visuals just yet, but I have piles upon piles of google documents. Progress is being made! The prologue is finished, every main character has a completed bio, and I'm halfway through chapter 1... and I'm letting you guys have the very first look. I'd prefer not to let the rest of the internet know about this project yet since it's in an extremely early stage, but I'm also too excited to really keep it to myself anymore.

These are going to be evolving and changing with time, and I really hope I can finally bring something this big to completion - all while sharing my growth with you guys!

Character Bios - Prologue - Day 1

After my short vacation, I'll hopefully be rejuvinated and ready to get back to business. I had a rough beginning of the month, but there's lots of exciting things on the way for me!
