[Free post with a poll] Your attention is needed!

If you know my channel then you perfectly know that it is a multilingual channel. This is my worst mistake ever, because I have never thought that it would slow a growth of my channel.

The problem is, YT doesn't handle properly multilingual channels. As a result, people usually see in their recommendations my videos in a different language. As you could guess, no one is interested to see a video, which they don't understand. 😫

Moreover, if people watched my English video, YT usually offers to watch a different video and once again in different language. 😢

Endscreens don't work properly as well. This is a total disaster, because thanks to this, the growth of my channel will be always too damn slow.  As a result, I am getting less views. It is time to change things. I am sick of it.

I have a solution how can I fix it. I can create two separate channels - English and Russia. The channel will still be named "Vadim M", but I will add something to the name, so people could identify it better. All new videos will be uploaded there. My main channel will be abandoned, but, I think, I will still make announcements so people could migrate to a new channel.

I also have an idea to upload there all my old videos meaning I can fix and improve them a.k.a correct grammar mistakes or add something new to it. I still have all source files from my videos and it shouldn't be too hard.

You can see a poll below. I will be very happy if you could participate in it. Feel free to post your opinions below as well. It is very important for me. Thanks!

UPDATE. A lot of people are worrying that the main channel will be abandoned. Well, the problem is both communities are equal and I can't transform it to one language. Furthermore, if the plan fails, I will just continue using my main channel. Easy as that.

Missing an option to only keep making videos for the majority of current language. 2 different channels is hard, I guess

I have a suggestion : find someone who can add subtitles to your videos so that you can create your Russian content but still people can understand what you convey

Oye ruso, ¿hablas español?

Clearly you don’t want to let go of either community, so I think two channels is the best option. However, I don’t think you should abandon your main channel. I say keep your current channel in Russian and have a second channel in English. That way you don’t lose anyone from your Russian side in migration.

By having two channels: one with (RU) and one with (ENG), it'll signify there's not just one language by looking at one channel's name.

I'm from Brazil and like very much your videos. Of course I watch them in EN. I think 2 channels will help you more to separate the things.

How about keeping the main channel as the English or Russian and making a second for the other language? I feel like its foolish to completely abandon this channel you've worked so hard to grow
