Hello there! I have some fresh news for you. 

If you stalk me on Twitter, then you probably know that I decided to delay July's video:

Good news is, the next video is almost finished and as I stated on my Twitter it will be out somewhere in August. I think, you will get an early access in the first half of the month. Here is a teaser for you:

 ~~~  GTA SA - Why Remastered is bad (Original August's video) 

As you can see, it is no secret anymore and I am very excited to reveal this video right now! But wait... Remastered version? What are you talking about? 

Well, technically speaking there is no "Remastered" version of this game. It is an unofficial name for GTA San Andreas version, which came after mobile version on PC (Windows Store), Xbox 360 and PS3. 

All these versions were developed by War drum Studios. Rockstar Games had a deal with this studio and these versions are official.If "GTA Series Videos" called this version like this then people should understand the version I am going to talk about in this video. The problem is, there is no official name for it apart from "HD port" or something like that. By calling it HD port, no one will understand me.

But anyways, why it is a bad version?

•  All these "new" versions we got use mobile code/assets and most of them look kinda strange.For instance, what can we say about new addition like ped specular lighting? Well, it looks terrible and makes us to believe that peds/characters in this game are covered in oil or something.

• All these "new" versions have lots of bugs, which never occurred in the original release.This one is new:

This one is too damn old bug and they can't fix it for 5 years:

This one is just atrocious: 

 • All these "new" versions have downgrades.   for instance, you can't rotate in-game camera in aircraft anymore.

• All these "new" versions have hidden broken features.  Did you know that Carl swims slower in this version? It is hard to notice until you participate in triathlon, which is a nightmare in this version.

 • All these "new" versions have lots of strange decisions and implementations.Despite the fact, that we are playing console version, the vegetation is still missing.

  • All these "new" versions have... We will talk about them in the video.

The more I play this version, the more I feel angry. How could they release this broken version?

Lots of these problems came exactly from mobile version of the game and they didn't even try to fix them while porting the game to other platforms. They just re-released mobile version every single year. How Rockstar Games could give them a green light? You will be astonished, but WDS actually did try to fix something, but not everything. 

My goal is to inform people about this "Remastered" version. We will try to find every single broken thing in this release comparing it with the original version. We are going to look at all Remastered versions I have:

PC (Windows Store version)

Xbox 360

PS3

and compare them with:

Original PC release

Original PS2 release 

Original Xbox release  

As you can see, we won't cover mobile version of the game. The reason is quite simple. I don't want to list things which were broken to make it playable on mobile. I want to list those things which were broken and never fixed for later versions. That's the main goal, because they pulled the original releases from the stores and replaced them with these versions.

Right now I am making lots of notes, filming the footage, testing every single version and doing various boring stuff like completing these games. Since I don't know everything, I decided to ask community about this version and it was a wise decision:

People wrote a lot about this version and they mostly hate it. I found lots of new information and that's why I am trying to check every single fact under the posts I made. I had no idea that it would be so complex. This release is atrocious.

As a result, it became a nightmare for me testing and filming these games on various platforms. Not to mention that some of these features are different on various platforms and I have to mention that in the video. But in the end, the video will be very juicy and, as I can see, very long. I hope, you will find a lot of new information and, I hope, Rockstar Games won't sue me for criticizing this bad version.People loved my "GTA SA - Why Steam version is bad" and that's why I decided to choose this path.  I hope, it will be worth it.Cheers!
