Howdy! As always, I have some new news for you.

~GTA SA - Why remastered is garbage [Part 2]

As you already know my original plan was to release this video at the end of July. Sadly, it won't happen, because I still have no English voice lines ready for this video. Good news is, they are recorded by Badger, but not yet edited. Basically, they will be finished soon. Due to the fact that the script is huge, it took a little bit longer than I expected and I beg for your pardon. My new plan is to release an early access in the first half of the next month. If something goes wrong, then in in the middle.

Moreover, I decided to improve the original script. I decided to add a new "error correction" section. A few facts in Part 1 needs to be explained/corrected and it is a perfect way to do it. As a result, the video became a little bit longer than before and this is how Russian version of the video looks like now. English video should be around 35-40 minutes too.

~GTA SA - How to downgrade Steam/RGL version [Tutorial]

The new "Jetpack downgrader" we were working on has finally received "Release Candidate" release and you can download it by clicking here and test it.

In my opinion, right now this is the best way to downgrade your digital Steam or RGL version of GTA San Andreas to 1.0. No need to manually installing fixes and patches. You can install them via this tool. As a result, you will get a fully working and fixed 1.0 version in less than 5 minutes.

Despite the fact that it is "RC"  version, it needs some testing. As soon as we see that it fully works and all bugs are fixed, I will make a video about it and get rid of the old one.

So yeah, keep your eyes peeled for early access of GTA SA - Why remastered is garbage [Part 2], because it seems to be the next post here.

Thank you for supporting me! Cheers!

the GTASA downgraded video has any ETA with it?

NationalPepper

Sadly, there is no ETA as the author of this tool is currently on vacation and we still need to do a proper beta testing of this tool.

NotCreativeBush

Sorry for the question, but is the antivirus detection on the downgrader false-positive?

NationalPepper

Yes, it should be false-positive. It is open source project and you can look at the code at any time. Two no-name anti-viruses (SecureAge APEX and MaxSecure), for some reason, flag the executable. The author will try to resolve this issue.

NotCreativeBush

Windows defender also flags jpd.exe as a trojan.

NationalPepper

Hm... this is weird. I have ESET Nod 32 antivirus and defender is disabled. I hope, the author will find the solution. Maybe it has something to do with "file patching".

NotCreativeBush

Tried scanning with windows defender, no threats were found by it.
