Sean and Ezra walked down the corridor out into the main area of the mall, where the managers had set up “Santa’s Village.” There was fake snow, twinkling lights, red and green decor, a big velvet-backed chair on a small platform, and a line of children scanning the place with excitement, looking for Santa.
Sean saw them and felt something in his chest unclench. He’d always loved kids. He loved their openness, their questions, and how they believed in magic without needing to see the wires. He couldn’t deny that doing this to bring smiles was more than worth it, but he also knew how much Ezra enjoyed moments like this.
“You’re lucky I love kids,” Sean said out of the corner of his mouth to Ezra as they approached. “Otherwise, you’d have never convinced me to do this.”
Ezra grinned, and the corners of his eyes crinkled behind his glasses. “You’re amazing with them,” he replied just as quietly. “I’ve seen you. Watching you with kids is, I don’t know. It feels right. Like you were born for it.”
Sean’s face heated behind the beard. He pretended to adjust his belt so he could look away for a second. “I wouldn’t go that far,” he said softly.
Ezra’s gaze flicked down to Sean’s massive belly and then back up to his eyes, and something unspoken and wistful passed through his expression. “It’d be nice to see you as a fatherly figure,” he said, lovingly and sincerely.
Sean’s heart squeezed. They didn’t talk about kids much. Not seriously. They both knew Ezra wanted them; it was one of those quiet dreams he carried, something that came up in half-finished sentences and quickly changed topics. But guys like them didn’t just end up with kids, not without paperwork, donors, or complicated conversations. Sean smiled anyway, because the thought of Ezra as a dad was enough to make his chest ache in a good way.
“Let’s get through Christmas first,” Sean said gently. “Then we’ll talk about you with a baby on your hip, lecturing them about proper squat form.”
Ezra laughed, and the moment passed—like it always did. Then, they reached the set, and the coordinator waved them over.
“Perfect timing! Look at you both,” she said excitedly. “Santa, you look incredible. The kids are going to lose their minds over that belly.”
Sean forced a jolly chuckle. “Ho ho ho,” he laughed, exaggerating his voice.
He moved toward the big red chair, scanning it like it was both a throne and a trap. Ezra hovered at his side until he was sure Sean had his footing because he knew sitting down was an operation. Sean turned, backed up slowly, feeling for the edge of the seat with the backs of his calves. Then he lowered himself carefully, feeling his belly rising as his thighs bent, and the jacket strained visibly over the lower curve.
He grunted softly as he reached the halfway point. The weight dragged forward, and his back protested. He spread his legs wider to make room and sank the rest of the way, making the chair creak under him.
“Easy,” Ezra said under his breath, with one arm near Sean’s arm in case he tipped.
Sean finally settled, with his legs spread to the max to accommodate the rounded middle as he took a moment to catch his breath. The belly rested heavily in his lap, and the buttons of the jacket pulled even tighter. He adjusted his position, wincing as he tried to find a way to sit that didn’t make his hips scream. It was almost impossible, but he had to survive the shift.
He spread a big Santa smile behind the beard and raised a hand to wave at the crowd. “Ho ho ho!” he said, patting his belly with his gloved hand. The motion made the entire globe jiggle slightly as the internal weight shifted in response. He had to curl his fingers in a little, partly for effect, partly because he actually needed to support the thing when he laughed.
The kids lit up, and excited whispers and small shrieks of “Santa!” spread through the crowd. Ezra moved to his spot at the side of the platform, ready to help usher children up and down, and gave Sean an encouraging smile, and the boyfriend responded with a firm nod.
The first kid in line was a little girl with pigtails and a sparkly red dress, and she approached with wide eyes.
“Hi there,” Sean said, dropping his voice into a deeper Santa register. “Come on up.”
“Hello, Santa.” She hesitated at the foot of the chair, looking up at the enormous, round belly taking up most of the seat.
Ezra stepped in smoothly. “Need a hand?” he asked.
She nodded, and Ezra scooped her up easily. His muscles shifted under the too-tight elf costume, and Sean couldn’t avoid noticing. He set her lightly on the small available area of lap that existed beside Sean’s belly, more perched than sitting.
Sean wrapped an arm around her back carefully, mindful of how little room there was. “There we go,” he said. “First things first, I love your hair. Now, what’s your name?”
As they talked, he kept one hand anchored at the top of his belly, with his fingers curled in the red fabric. Every time he laughed at something the girl said, the belly bounced, and he had to steady it to keep from jostling her too much. The babies rolled lazily under the motion—a heavy shifting that made his insides feel sloshy and crowded—he still thought it was gas or indigestion because it was the only logical explanation.
One after another, the children came. A small boy in a dinosaur sweater clambered up with Ezra’s help and immediately poked Sean’s belly with a chubby finger. “Hey, Santa. How’d you get so fat?” the boy asked, brutally honest.
Sean burst out laughing, and the belly shook under his hand, firm and wobbly at the same time. “Cookies,” Sean said. “Too many cookies. Blame the elves for that.” He jerked his thumb toward Ezra.
The boy looked over at Ezra, who put a hand dramatically to his chest. “Hey,” Ezra protested playfully. “We only bring him the cookies. He’s the one who eats all of them and keeps asking for more once the tray is empty,” he said, and the boy giggled, delighted.
Another boy approached with his mother, holding a small tin wrapped in a bow. “These are for you, Santa,” the mom said, smiling. “We made them together.”
Sean felt his stomach tighten in a way that had nothing to do with nerves and everything to do with hunger. He’d eaten a big breakfast, but he still felt hollow beneath the constant pressure. The idea of fresh cookies made his mouth water. “Thank you,” he said warmly, accepting the tin. “That’s very kind.”
He glanced at the coordinator, who nodded with a smile, whispering, “Go ahead.”
He opened the tin, and the smell hit him—warm sugar, chocolate, and butter. His entire body responded as his stomach growled loudly despite feeling too full. He took one, bit into it, and had to fight the urge to groan out loud.
“Did you like it?” The boy asked softly.
“These are amazing,” he said around the mouthful. He chewed quickly, swallowed, and took another bite. “Best cookies I’ve had all year. Thank you, kiddo. You’ve made Santa happy,” he added, absently rubbing his taut middle while devouring the rest of the cookies.
The boy’s face lit up with pride as he slowly approached to hug Santa. Sean tried to lean forward to wrap his arms around the boy, but his belly and chest didn’t allow the motion. Instead, the body wrapped his arms around the massive belly, hugging him tight, and the tenderness made Sean’s heart melt. He loved moments like this. He looked at Ezra, and the big guy had a knowing smile on his face—he knew the hug had touched Sean’s heart, and deep down, both knew the reason; both wanted children of their own to hug them like this.
After that sweet scene, time blurred into a noisy flow of faces and voices. Sean asked what they wanted for Christmas, listened to stories about school, siblings, and pets, and posed for endless photos. He laughed, did his “Ho ho ho,” and patted his belly for dramatic effect—he secretly felt the need to touch his belly frequently. The kids loved it. Some leaned back against the firm middle as if it were a pillow.
One little girl snuggled in and wrapped her arms as far around his belly as she could, sighing happily. “You’re very cuddly, Santa,” she said.
Sean chuckled, swallowing around an unexpected lump in his throat. “Guess I am,” he replied softly. “And you are an adorable girl who makes Santa smile.”
Sean couldn’t be happier to spend his day like this, but as the line kept moving, the strain started to catch up with him. The chair that had seemed sturdy at first began to feel too firm against his tailbone. His hips ached from keeping his legs spread so wide, and every time he tried to shift his weight, the belly dragged him back down, reminding him how little room he had to maneuver. It was too much to handle easily.
A slow, clenching tightness had started low in his abdomen, different from the usual stretching and rolling he’d come to accept. It pulsed in a way that made him pause mid-sentence once or twice, and his breath caught as the pressure climbed and then ebbed. He told himself it was the position, the extended sit, or something else. However, the discomfort didn’t end there because the more he tried to calm himself down, the more aware he became of how the rest of his body responded with increased tightness and heaviness.
His chest felt heavier, too, and a dull ache settled behind his nipples, flaring every time an emotional child threw their arms around him. The Santa coat compressed everything, trapping heat against his skin. He could feel dampness gathering along his spine and under his arms. It felt as if his body was burning up from the inside, and no matter how much he tried to keep calm, he was starting to look suffocated.
“Are you doing okay?” Ezra said when there was a brief break between kids, leaning in to adjust Sean’s beard and hat.
Sean forced a smile behind the beard. “I’m okay. Don’t worry,” he said, though his hand had unconsciously settled on the underside of his belly, pressing his fingers as if he could hold it up from below. “I’m only too hot in this costume.”
Ezra’s eyes flicked down, taking in the gesture, then back up to Sean’s face. “Well, yeah, you’re the hottest man on Earth, costume or not. But you know what I mean.” He said, and Sean groaned, so he didn’t push. He gave a little nod and turned to wave the next family forward.
Then, the contractions—though Sean refused to think of them as that—grew stronger. At first, it was only a tightness around his middle. Then it became a gripping band that wrapped from his lower back around to the front, squeezing hard. He’d keep talking through it, with his voice only a little strained, while the rest of his body tensed, and every muscle went rigid until the wave passed. It was slowly becoming unbearable.
He shifted in his seat, trying to stretch his legs more, then less, anything to relieve the soreness in his hips. His boots scraped faintly on the floor, and the chair creaked. His breathing grew a touch more labored, and each big “Ho ho ho” left him a little more winded than the last.
A small boy climbed awkwardly onto the very edge of his lap with Ezra’s help, and as Sean leaned in to hear the whisper of his wish, another tightening gripped him, sharper this time, and his hand clutched the side of the chair.
“Ugh! Oh, come on!” Sean said it without thinking because the pain was too much.
“Are you okay, Santa?” the boy asked, visibly concerned.
Sean summoned a smile. “I’m only getting old, kiddo,” he said. “My back likes to complain when I sit too long. Don’t tell anyone,” he added calmly, and the boy giggled and continued describing his list.
Minutes stretched, and the line kept moving. Still, the tightness became an almost steady throb with peaks that made spots dance briefly at the edges of Sean’s vision. Sweat trickled down his temples beneath the wig. His chest ached with a heavy fullness that felt on the verge of spilling over somehow. His belly felt even heavier, if that was possible, dragging at every joint as if his body was about to break into pieces.
At one point, as Ezra helped a small child off his lap, Sean leaned over as far as he dared and whispered, “I need a break.”
Ezra glanced at him properly then, taking in the flushed face, the sheen of sweat, the way Sean’s hand pressed firmly to the lower part of his abdomen, and how that massive orb seemed heavier and lower than before.
“How bad?” Ezra asked softly into Sean’s ear.
“If I don’t stand up soon, something in me is going to burst. That bad,” Sean replied.
Ezra straightened, caught the coordinator’s eye, and gave a small signal. She nodded, then approached the front of the line.
“Alright, everyone,” the coordinator called out in a bright voice. “Santa’s going to take a little break to feed the reindeer and have his lunch, but he’ll be back very soon. If you’d like to wait in line, you’re welcome to, or you can come back a bit later this afternoon.”
A few groans and whines rose from the kids, but most took it well. Parents gathered them up, reassuring them they’d see Santa after his rest.
“Let’s get you up,” Ezra said, extending a hand to help Sean up to his feet.
Sean refused the help, though, swallowing hard as the tension all over his body worsened. His whole frame felt heavier, clumsier than it had only an hour ago. And as another deep cramp rolled through his abdomen, he braced his hands on the arms of the chair to survive the pressure. Then, he pushed, trying to rise, but the belly fought him, anchoring him down. His legs trembled with the effort, letting him know it was impossible on his own.
Ezra moved in immediately, sliding one arm behind Sean’s shoulders and the other under his belly, lifting carefully. “Sean, stop being stubborn. Let’s work together. On three,” Ezra whispered. “One… two… three.”
Sean groaned as he heaved himself upright. For a terrifying second, he thought he might topple forward with the weight, but Ezra’s hold was solid as stone. He straightened slowly once on his feet, panting heavily. His hand flew to the small of his back, pressing his fingers into the sore spot that seemed to radiate fire now.
“Okay,” Sean gritted out. “Okay. Thanks.”
Ezra kept his arm snug around him as they walked down from the platform. Sean’s waddle had become an exaggerated sway, so each step was careful. The tightness in his belly gripped harder when he moved, radiating from his spine and around his middle.
“You’re sure you’re alright?” Ezra whispered as they walked toward the back corridor.
“Define ‘alright,’” Sean huffed, trying to inject some humor into his voice. “I feel like I’m about to snap in half, and this thing,” he gestured vaguely at his belly, “weighs as much as a wrecking ball, but other than that, living the dream.”
Ezra’s arm tightened a little. “We’re going to the dressing room. You’re lying down for a bit,” he said firmly, and Sean didn’t argue. That scared him more than anything.
They went to the back through the staff hallway, and Sean had to pause every few steps, bracing one hand on the wall and the other at the small of his back to keep balance, as tightness and pain hit him again. They weren’t constant, but they were coming more often and strong enough to make him grit his teeth.
“I think something broke inside me or something,” Sean said with a shaky voice.
Ezra’s jaw clenched, but his voice stayed soft. “You’ll be fine,” he said. “One thing at a time. Right now, we get you off your feet.”
“I knew your massive cock would break me one of these days,” Sean added playfully, repeating a recurrent joke between them about Ezra’s cock reaching too deep into him. “But if I’m about to die because of that, I’ll take it.”
Ezra laughed and held Sean tighter. “You’re not dying if you’re still joking like that.”
When they reached the dressing room, Ezra opened the door and guided Sean inside. The couch along the wall had never looked so inviting. Sean lowered himself down with a groan, and the springs creaked under the immense weight. As soon as he was seated, he let his head fall back against the cushion, with one arm draped over the top of his belly and the other still pressed into the ache at his lower back.
His breathing was shallow, and his eyes were half-closed, but another cramp hit, sharp and deep, and he couldn’t muffle the pained sound that escaped him. He had no idea he was in labor. All he knew was that his body felt like it was reaching a limit. His belly was in immense pain, his chest felt ready to explode, his hips were on the verge of cracking, and even his ass clenched instinctively as if trying to fight the rising pressure within.
Ezra locked the door, crossed the small room in two strides, and sat beside him, with one hand already reaching to support the underside of that hugely overtaxed belly. “Okay,” he whispered. “Talk to me, Santa. Tell me everything you’re feeling.”
Sean tried to breathe and talk past the pain, but each new wave tightened around him like a heavy belt drawn one notch too far. It started deep in his lower back, like an insistent line of pressure that wrapped forward beneath the enormous belly. His breath shortened, and he gritted his teeth. The contraction built, peaked, then eased slightly. Something in him felt opened, unsettled, as if his whole body were shifting into a gear he didn’t know existed.
“It really hurts,” he whispered, almost trembling. “Something bad’s happening inside. My guts are hurting so much.”
Ezra’s expression tightened with worry, but his hands stayed on Sean’s side and lower back. “Alright. Let’s get you out of this suit. It’s way too tight. Might help take the pressure off.”
Sean nodded weakly, and even the act of lifting his head felt exhausting.
Ezra worked slowly and carefully, unbuttoning the tight Santa jacket one straining button at a time. As soon as the first few loosened, Sean gasped as air rushed against his overheated skin. The belly surged outward a little, and his chest bounced and jostled slightly. Ezra eased the jacket open fully, helping Sean shrug it off his shoulders.
Ezra tugged the undershirt upward, pausing whenever Sean winced or sucked in a breath as another ache twisted through him. The fabric dragged over Sean’s rounded chest as it bounced and the upper part of his belly, leaving goosebumps in its wake. Sean sighed shakily as the shirt finally came off, and the tension across his torso noticeably eased. His belly looked more massive than ever, and the skin of his pecs was glossy and flushed.
“You’re burning up,” Ezra said, brushing damp hair from Sean’s forehead. “Let’s get you more comfortable. Told you, hottest man on Earth,” he added, carefully removing the pants.
Sean was down to his underwear, and the room felt cooler without the layers, but his body still throbbed with heat and pressure. Ezra helped him shift down along the couch until he could lie back, and Sean bent his knees instinctively, spreading them to ease the pull on his hips and spine, but even the underwear felt too tight on him.
“There you go,” Ezra breathed, settling beside him. “Try to relax. I’ve got you.”
Sean let out a long, shuddering moan as another contraction rippled through his abdomen. This one clenched so low it made him curl slightly around the pain. “It’s getting worse,” he panted. “It’s like something’s squeezing from the inside.”
Ezra nodded softly, keeping his touch gentle to help Sean calm down. He rubbed Sean’s lower belly in slow circles, then slid his hand upward, cupping the weight of Sean’s chest with his warm hands. His thumbs swept along the swollen pecs, kneading carefully, easing the tight ache that had been building for hours. Sean let out a shivery gasp, and his eyes fluttered shut as Ezra worked over the tender weight there.
Ezra’s touch moved again, going down to massage the tight muscles at Sean’s hips and thighs. “Talk to me,” he whispered. “Where does it hurt most?”
Sean gasped louder this time. “All over. My back, my belly, and my hips feel like they’re gonna split open.” He swallowed hard, loving the touch.
Ezra leaned over him, softly kissing Sean’s lips, but another contraction slammed into Sean without warning, breaking the moment. He cried out, clutching the sides of his belly as the top tightened like a drum and a bruising pressure built in his pelvis.
Ezra’s hand flew to Sean’s middle. “Sean—hey, hey—I’m right here. Breathe. In through your nose, and out slowly.”
Sean tried, but the pain stole the air from his lungs. Then, they heard a sudden, hot, overwhelming rush—louder, wetter, and far more violent than anything either of them expected. It burst out of Sean’s hole with a shocking force, a splattering gush that hit the couch cushions with a heavy slap and streamed down the insides of his thighs. His underwear darkened instantly, clinging to him as the soaking heat spread. The sound alone—a rushing spill followed by an abrupt, dripping patter—made Sean’s breath stop in his throat.
Sean gasped, his eyes widened, and his chest heaved as his whole body jolted from the shock. The fluid poured out beneath him in wave after wave, soaking the couch and Ezra’s pant leg, even splashing onto the floor. It felt like something inside him had snapped open, like a dam breaking under unbearable pressure.
The sudden loss of tightness made his belly shift dramatically, and the massive middle sagged as if settling into a new shape. Sean’s breath stuttered at the strange relief—only partial—but noticeable enough to make him gasp again.
“Wha—what was that?” Sean choked out, and his voice cracked around the raw panic. His hands flew to the underside of his belly, reflexively supporting it as if afraid it might explode next. “I didn’t mean to—” The shock of it broke through the pain for only a heartbeat before a deeper ache rolled back in. An abrupt, involuntary release of pressure left him trembling and drenched, blinking in disbelief as the last warm trickles soaked into the ruined cushions below.
Ezra froze only for a heartbeat, then steadied himself, holding Sean tightly. “It’s okay,” he said, even though his voice was shaky and his face pale. “You’re okay. Just breathe through the pain and—and—” He had no idea how to complete that sentence.
The tightness slowly eased, but the relief lasted only a second before something heavier and far more primal welled up inside him. It wasn’t sharp like before, but it was immense—a downward pull that felt as if the center of the Earth pressed onto his pelvis. A pressure settled low between his hips, forcing its way downward whether he wanted it to or not.
Sean gasped, and his back arched as his fingers clawed desperately at the cushions. “Ezra—Ezra, I—I don’t know what this is,” he panted. “It’s pushing. I swear something is pushing from inside me—this pressure—this pressure is huge.” His heavy breathing turned into a sob. “It feels like my whole body’s trying to force something out, like I can’t stop it.”
Ezra’s eyes widened as the realization finally hit him. He leaned forward to whisper in Sean’s ear, with one hand bracing Sean’s thigh. “Sean…” He swallowed hard. “Listen to me. I think—I think you might be in labor.”
Sean stared at him, stunned as confusion drained the color from his flushed face. “No. It’s not funny! Ezra, that’s impossible. Men don’t—this isn’t—this can’t be happening.”
“I know,” Ezra said softly. “I know it sounds impossible. But everything you’re describing—the pain, the pressure, how it’s moving lower—Sean, it fits. It’s the only thing that makes sense. Also, look at your belly.”
A new contraction gripped Sean before he could answer, pulling his body downward as if gravity had doubled. He cried out, and his legs trembled violently as his hips lifted off the couch without his control. “I can’t—I can’t,” he gasped. “Ezra, something is wedged between my hips. It’s so heavy—I can’t lift myself—I can’t even shift.” Tears broke free. “Ezra, something is coming. I swear something is trying to come out of me.”
For a moment, Ezra was speechless, staring at Sean’s shaking thighs and how Sean’s entire body tightened with each involuntary bearing down. “I’m telling you. You’re in labor.”
“But—no—no, I can’t be—men don’t—” Sean cried.
Ezra gently reached for Sean’s chest—where faint white drops beaded at the tips of Sean’s swollen nipples without him noticing. “Sean…” he whispered. “Look. Remember the mornings when you complained about the soaked sheets?”
Sean blinked, dazed, following Ezra’s gaze downward. “What—?”
Ezra reached out, hesitating only a moment before brushing one of the droplets. It clung to his fingertip. “Sean,” he breathed, stunned awe spilling into his tone. “It’s… this is milk.” Sean froze, and Ezra stared straight into the eyes. “You’re pregnant. You’ve been pregnant this whole time.” His voice trembled with awe, fear, and a rising, unstoppable joy he couldn’t hide.
“But—” Sean tried to argue, but another crushing contraction seized him, folding him inward as the pressure between his hips swelled to something enormous. He cried out, gripping the cushions as his body bore down without his permission.
Ezra leaned closer, softly kissing Sean’s cheeks. “I know it’s terrifying, but it is incredible. We’re having a baby.”
Sean let out a strangled sound, torn between confusion, fear, and something warm blossoming beneath it all. “How is this even possible?” he gasped, panting as another involuntary bearing‑down rolled through him.
Ezra cupped Sean’s cheek, brushing his thumb gently over flushed skin. “A Christmas miracle, I guess,” he whispered. “I met you last year during Christmas, and now you’re giving me a child.” His gaze dropped to Sean’s trembling belly. “Or children, considering the size of this.” He leaned down and kissed the taut curve. “Nothing could be better than this.”
Sean’s breath shuddered, and his whole middle tightened again as instinct hijacked every muscle. “Ugh! I—I can’t stop it. Whatever it is, it’s coming.”
“I know.” Ezra grinned and quickly removed Sean’s underwear, letting the pregnant guy spread his hips and legs as much as he needed. “Oh, damn!” He shouted when he looked between his boyfriend’s thighs and saw a wet, blonde head emerging from Sean’s hole.
Sean groaned through the next wave, and his hips lifted off the couch as the downward force grew impossibly stronger. The weight lodged deep in his pelvis felt immense and immovable, pressing harder with every contraction. “This is insane,” he breathed, dazed. “But it feels like I have no choice.” Another broken cry escaped him as the pressure pushed downward again. Sean’s whole body tightened again, as the instinct to push became overwhelming.
Ezra couldn’t help but smile at the sight. He couldn’t blink in awe as the head kept coming out with each of Sean’s pushes. His eyes were bright with emotions he could barely contain. “Sean, you’re bringing our baby into the world,” he whispered. “You’re doing so well. Santa’s delivering the top of my list of wishes. Best Christmas ever.”
