Saga of Sarrong Character of the Month May - Mark Luce (Patreon)

Here is the character of the month for May Mark Luce from my story Saga of Sarrong. Mark is the apprentice and subordinate of the Governor-General of the Hartfolde-Bastiora area, Montague Hagrant. He thinks highly of himself for his position, which hand opened him to various opportunities, including being able to master using Lightning Eles Forca in addition to his native nature of using Ice Eles Forca, as he demonstrates in this piece.
