We got through the initial concept work for 3 out of 12 total redesigns!! (Crocalor -> Palafin -> Gholdengo) Feel free to leave any comments or critisism in the replies :3c

i love LOVEEE the middle crocalor….. he looks like a little mariachi man!!! the first gholdengo design is so cute too, a little guy!!!! what a friendly face, he feels like he would be the storekeeper in a mystery dungeon game :]

I like the left-most Crocalor since it shows the in-between state of being bipedal and on all fours. Think it should still keep the red lower jaw for consistency between stages. Don’t have much to add for Palafin other than if you go with the cape look, you could maybe have a similar cape around the tail or the tail mirrors the look. I do like the mimic concept for Gholdengo, but I think the coin hand reaching out from the chest is my favorite of the redesigns. If you were still wanting to keep the larger form aspect of the evolution, maybe you could have the chest from the first stage be its legs (each half of the chest being a leg) with just the mass of coins resting on top? Overall good job though 👍

I think my personal issue with gholdengo is… everything about it. I like your redesigned a lot more already. I like the chest forms a lot more.

oh the palafin with the cape and tipped fins is fantastic! you already made it better by just making him not a weird man but I love the color balance in that one specifically. And he still looks like a superhero! I don't know its name but the gimighoul evo mimic-chest concept is exactly what it should have been from the get-go. I was so disappointed when the chest was more of an accessory rather than the actual pokemon. Give me a haunted little object guy with big sharp teeth!

These are all such fun designs! For Crocalor. I'm debating on 2 and 3 since both faces work well as a bridge between Fuecoco and its final form As for Palafin, they're all so lovely but also having a rough time picking either 2 or 3 And finally for the last mon, the little mimic chest with the coin tongue definitely has my vote

But I like the one on the right cause this is a bit better and make sense. The superhero for the dolphin doesn't suit it well. So the way to redesign them, you made them so much better than what the first original one, cause we want the Pokemon to look and make much sense to the game. The Dolphin I thought for this game would be something that's related to the performance kind of Pokemon that loves doing tricks. For Crocalor, I like the 2nd and the 3rd on cause these two design looks better as it stands on two and four when it wants to and the outfit fits well as a musician.

Crocalor 3 it my favorite because I think the face matches best palafin is my pick because I like that cape obeys gravity and full mimic gholdeho because out of the box it’s not nearly as interesting
