Ok, ok, we're not going to lie, this episode is really just a big  conversation about the process of making a feature film. Ryan and Neil  ask Kevin about the experience of directing Not For Resale: A Video Game  Store Documentary, and he tells yarns about getting the movie made over  the course of three years.

We answer Patron Questions at 59:58.

Is the doc on prime video? I’d love to watch it as soon as possible

Kevin, in your opinion is it worth waiting for the music/other minor fixes before renting the movie?

Mark Hughes

The music video for Hip to Be Square was directed by Godley & Creme (formerly of the band 10cc) who were one of the first music video director teams to really have fun with the form, and experiment, innovate, and try new things, beginning with their own music videos in the early 80s and moving on to direct such videos as Herbie Hancock's Rockit, Lou Reed's No Money Down, and Wang Chung's Everybody Have Fun Tonight. They were very much predecessors to the kinds of things Michel Gondry would go on to do later. Unfortunately, if you wanted to watch the various videos they did for their own music, they're not available in the best of quality on the Internet, or they're edited with other footage.

You can watch it on the service, but it doesn't have the prime tag so you would need to rent or buy it. Definitely do though. It's fantastic.
