February Wrap: The Return Of Sketch Polls (Patreon)

Hello folks! It's been a little while!

Sorry I missed last month's wrap, I've been very busy. The good news is, well.... everything worked! We moved successfully, Dandy's recovery is going well, and things really truly feel like they're returning to normal. Which means you're going to see a lot more art from me very soon. You've already seen some, in fact, with the return of Robot In Another World. Robot is still going to be on a "when I feel like it" update schedule, with the goal being at least once a month, but it is officially off hiatus.

With the return of more comics also comes the return of sketch polls, but we're going to try something a little different this time... Rather than a single big monthly sketch poll, we'll be doing weekly, smaller sketch polls. The idea here is to worry less about creating big polished pieces, and just make art that you, my patrons, enjoy! And while that might sound like a big commitment, I suspect in practice it's going to be a lot more manageable for me. There will be times I need to take the week off (for example, my wedding in April...), but that's okay. If I miss a week, or even two, we'll be back on for the next week! As opposed to waiting a whole month and crossing my fingers that I'll have time again. We'll see how it goes, and if it doesn't work out we'll go back to the old system, but I want to give this a try. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Also, surprise! There's a print on the way for all of you $5 and above patrons featuring my girl Carbunkle. The first wave of those should be arriving soon, which means it's time for a new print!

All patrons of the $5 tier and above will receive this print after three months of continuous support. Thank you for sticking with me through a really tough time. It really has made all the difference.

And I think that's everything! You can expect the first weekly sketch poll up tomorrow. It's going to be the return of an old favorite. Good luck, and have a lovely March everyone!
