i was 12 when i went through this change but i was vegatarian but ive never called myself vega,or vegan, from the seeing myself as wanting to change my body and so i started asking about why i was raised with the diet they raised me with and so i am my parents experiment ,i tried eating meat and i got deadly sick ,so this got me collectively to studie about health and at 12 i was 165 chubby and by the time i finnished arnold Ehrets mucusless diet healing system and rational fasting ,after those i continued studying and bmx stunt and cardio and some weight lifting and at 15 i was 2 issues kicked from highschol and had a daughter so working was my only choice ,my dad started building houses 1976 after he met my mom and they had found those 2 books and which they both have studied health and fitness all my life which gave me a look at system that was working ,my dad ran several marathons as i grew up and a lot of days after working all day home building he would go run anywhere from 10 to 15 miles and this was mostly 1978 to1989 then we moved back to oregon where i was home born ,and so back to at 15 i started learning home building and is mostly uperbody work which i realized that was some of why and how long dis.run was a sec. workout the first year i lost all fat which strangely i was 4 a vegatarian ,and so how fast i lost all weight really suprised me ,and from this point started running and uphill strength training ,and at 17 i started learning about monks, hindi and the reasons of fasting ,,,this is a real great subject to learn in training that can if done carefully and supervised can really impact the body and brain function because brain needs more oxygen and fasting can do many things ,allowing more oxygen into the body increases brain function ,brain runs on oxygen and some fruits and vegies are non mucus forming ,,,i wont get to much into this but i wish i could cause im almost 47 and physicaly feel like im half my number age
