Btw I love how your talks have been getting longer ~ one day… one day maybe we’ll get almost an hour long video. 👀 I love hearing your thoughts / experiences and would love to know more about your beginnings. Have a good week / weekend, Masha. 🩵

After watching this a few times, I forgot to mention something about me that I heard— you mentioned wanting to be seen. So I’ll admit at times I can feel this way, but it’s only when I feel very sad. I know that comes from my teenage years when I was deep in depression and just wanted someone to be there for me when I needed it most and never got it. This is something I’m still healing. I would never beg to be seen, it’s just a “I hope they see how I’m feeling.” I honestly don’t know if that’s normal, I guess it’s just me wanting comfort since I wasn’t used to having it ~ I’m proud at how I’ve gotten good at opening up more when I’m very low in mood rather than waiting to be noticed. I feel seen when I can express how I feel. That took me time to learn years ago. Had to edit this because I wasn’t too clear on my thoughts since I was half awake 😭
