After I’ve posted that big characters design sheet, I realised I’m not really satisfied with some of them. I was thinking of how could I update Alisa. Here’s my idea:

Of course, her look has been the same for a decade and I feel pity changing her, but at the same time, I’m not 100% satisfied with it. I’m currently thinking of making her hair longer and changing it to the white like her fur. What do you think?

Longer hair I like but white on white is very hard to see. I like how her hair sticks out and contrasts to her fur. I'm also afraid white hair could look incomplete. That said: you do what you like best. My opinion is irrelivant compared to yours.

I think the white hair is slightly better. I don't have any feelings on the long hair, since I don't know what you have on mind.

in my opinion the white hair feels very, uncolored... probably shading would help the design, but then it makes it less flexible for use

I prefer the blonde. The pink even compliments it more compared to the white-haired version, especially the bow and ear.

A pink hair stripe might look nice and break things up. The white eyebrows get lost in the image, but I can't think of a better idea. The character design is great.

Alisa is my favorite character from you and I really like the long hair. The color, tho, like others already said, I prefer the blonde one. It’s a perfect mix with the green eyes and the makeup

I know some people think it's weird for some furry characters to have hair color different from the fur, but I personally like it a little more. It adds more color and variety to the design imo. It depends though. It can look pretty good on some characters. I don't think the new one looks bad but I think I prefer the old one overall. Maybe I'm just more used to the older one though. Up to you. 👍

I've always known Alisa with her blond hair that both breaks and blends harmoniously with the solid color of her fur. She's magnificent because she's one of my favorites. The version with white hair is beautiful too, I like it and it changes but to me too it gives me an incomplete impression, perhaps it would be better to leave her eyebrows blond and put in highlights of a color?

The contrast of a different hair color helps separate the shapes involved at a glance.. without that the eye has to look a little longer to pick out where her face ends and her hair begins. Maybe darker/desaturated and heavier lines for her hair could help with that? Even just heavier lines at the boundary between whites (excepting eyebrows) would go a long way!

It looks unfinished with the white hair and flat shading. I think for this to work, you need to add a tiny bit of tint to differentiate from the face, even for otherwise flat-colored pieces.
