Despite I'm generally positive to kids, their screams are just unbearable to me. I wonder how the parents keep their sanity...

I feel like parents get to a point where they become decensatized...or just don't care. But yes, very relateable! Lol. Can't deal with a lot of the noise where I work, but having different noise play directly into my ear hole? Yes! Lol.

Yes. Yes, true, yes. I swear, I understand kids can't help instinctive behavior obviously, but it's so utterly obnoxious. I guess it's nature's way of making us act to stop the noise and therefore take care of the young? In a society though, that just has you wait until the parents themselves do something about it, and sometimes they just don't :v

i think there is an evolutionary reason why a child's cries are so obnoxious to us. not being able to easily ignore your child when they are in danger is advantageous for survival, i assume.
