I’ve been drawing for over a decade now, and naturally, my style has shifted in various directions over that time. I’ve identified a few distinct periods, though there was always a lot of experimentation within each one, making it really hard to classify everything neatly...

Still, were there any particular eras of my art that you liked the most?

Here is a poll! You can select multiple options here, however if you could single out any specific pieces of mine in the comments, I’d really appreciate it! :3 I’m curious to know what worked best in my art and where I should focus my efforts next!

I really like the current one, vivid colours are closest to my heart. Obviously experimenting and all that is nice as well because too much of the same would get boring but I think we're getting the best art and I hope you enjoy making it for us.

Honestly? All of them! Making art IS about development. Your art is one my all time favorite, and believe me, I have seen A LOT of other artists. Trying new thing is interesting and downright important. Stagnation is awful feeling. What I love the most is that despite some changes in your art style, it's still distinctive. It's clear it's your style. Can't wait to see, what future brings.

This is so cool to see! Granted, I like to go through your old artworks anyway, even your stuff pre-2014, but seeing them side-by-side like this is awesome! 2017-2020 is cool, because you can see the slight variations leading up to what you landed on in 2021, and I those later 2019-2020 drawings are what captivated me in about your work. I still have the old FA note when I asked you for shading advice too. ^^ This new style though, from 2023 onward, I can tell that you seem to be having a lot more fun than previous, if that's fair to say. But wherever your style goes, i'll be following along! You truly are an inspiration. <3

Your art style is less important to me than the long form comic stories. I like seeing the interactions between the characters. I would love to see a long running comic that focuses on the relationships of your core characters. My three favorites in chronological order are Eugen's Reward, Just a Friend, & Vixen Rivals. I want more like this. I know you are asking about your art style, but I really don't have a favorite era. Over time, your art style has been, and still is, satisfying to me. Please keep up the longer comics.

WasteOfFur

Oh goodness. Gonna have to take a while to decide because I loved your entire journey

Looking through my favorites, I particularly liked "Picking Flowers", "Kathrin", "Little One", "Magic", "Music Flow", "The Colours of Autumn", "On a Table", Kordi's "Happy Witch" pinup, Vera's "Washing the Window" pinup, and most of all Vera's "Shall I Dance" pinup. Most of these are clustered in the 2021-22 range, but I've really enjoyed all of your work!

NakatoAvocato

For me it's a tough choice between 2017-2020 and 2021-2022

Iskra

Thank you so much for your opinion. It’s really important to me to hear that the relationship comics are important! Lately I felt that it wasn’t worth the effort, but I’m glad to read that it was! I will make a poll about comics soon too

FortunePayback

Yes! I will wholeheartedly second this. I go back to read some of them every now and again. The character development and relations in all these, even in spite of being pornography, are all so well done.

They're all good. The soft shading from 2017-2020 stands out the most to me. Couple it with emotional faces and I think it'd really pop.

23-25年是我最爱的(:

I love all of your stuff, but I do particulary miss the super-detailed pieces you used to do. Not as a steady diet, but an ovcasional drop would be wonderful

Iskra

Thank you ☺️ I loved them too. But I guess they mostly depended on Deymos’s outstanding background work and overpaint. I hope they come back one day

SeamusX

I like all your work. The comics, the single scenes. It all makes it feel immersive. We're not just seeing them, we're seeing their good times, their funny times and their embarassing times. We get to see them in situations, others in that world would only hear about as a story (Val causing Vera to slip and fall).

I'm no artist so it's very hard to express or describe specifically why I like the art you've made during one point in time compared to another. I found your art in the 2014-2016 era, but I think my overall favourite style is from 2017 all the way to 2022. Some of my absolute favourite pieces you've made are in these years, but there is a lot of variety in these years too. I like the current day art as well, but if being honest with myself, I tend to prefer the flat colour versions of modern pieces you have made without any shading. I also quite enjoyed the darker colours era as well. I think what attracted me most to your art and what I've found so captivating all this time is your sense of proportion, anatomy and colour are all really pleasing. The characters feel evocative in their expressions and body language, you have the best way of drawing paws/paw pads, each character has a strong and unique design behind them, the colours are engaging but not overdone, sometimes even what I feel is desaturated in a really nice way that stands out from most other artists who draw anthro, often using super bright colours. I've love the comics, the single pieces, it's been really fun watching your art grow over such a long time and still finding myself staring at them :d

Gosh, so many memorable options to choose from - - Vera on the couch, hidden by the book, has been my iPad backdrop for years now. :3 There's also the sadder one of her looking in a mirror and not liking herself (despite being lovely). I've forgotten which panel had the comic of the red panda offering a hand to help her up. He was saying "Are you ok?" and her reaction looked so sweet - it was a much earlier one. - There's a picture signed "Iskra & Kyander '17" in my favorites folder - a purple-haired girl getting ready for a jog, but I don't know the character. That's one of those ones I just get in the mood to look at again from time to time. - A few Helga pictures come to mind, but the Christmas one with her sitting in the swinging basket ("swinging") pops out. And I'd do crimes to trade places with Eugen in "her slave!" - The Kordi "shoulder bridge," "Christmas lights," and "scrapbooking" pics get an extra look now and again for sure - so many more options with her.

I honestly love all of your styles. The most important thing to me is the way you draw faces and expressions. I can really feel them

Tbh. The “Eugen’s Reward” comic gave me a lot of inspiration to start drawing NSFW back in the day, so I’d say that era is the most nostalgic to me

By watching that chart I can tell that your art began to shine for me in the 2017-2020 period, but it was during the dark era of 2021-2022 that I became a big fan of you. In general, you were and still are an awesome artist!

Dimitri

I can't choose a favorite period because I love them all; even the older works remain a source of inspiration. Over the years, one can see the evolution of your art—your characters, colors, and shading—as well as specific details or ideas that were tested but later abandoned (though I love those artistic experiments, like Alisa having whiskers on her muzzle, the changes to Mai’s mask, or, more recently, the rapid visual evolution of Kat—who, like all your characters, was already beautifully sketched and rich in detail from the very start). While your art style has evolved, the fundamental shapes and physical traits you give your characters remain consistent; you can instantly recognize your handiwork—it’s like a signature. Even in your older pieces, your work and characters were already incredibly detailed. As for the shading and colors, I simply can't choose, because I love them all too. There was a time when the shading was much more subtle, highlighting the characters' features and silhouettes, whereas today the light and dark areas are much more pronounced—more refined, I feel. Yet, I love both the works that are almost devoid of shading and those that are richly shaded. The work put into personality to give your characters depth is evident, too; the reference sheets reinforce their traits, and the interactions between them solidify it all. There is life and passion—you can really feel it in your art. Your girls—their shapes and silhouettes—are a huge source of inspiration, Iskra; they are full of ideas, and—believe me—they are perfection. I’m paying close attention to your fox-girls right now to study the details—especially since Vixx and Helga, while of the same species, are so distinct. I particularly admire Helga’s brown and orange fur; the design is incredibly intricate—a brilliant concept with a stunning result. You can give her a proud look, too, since she knows you drew her to be beautiful. I could go on about all the details I love in your characters, but believe me, I really enjoy focusing on those little touches. Your girls and your stories are amazing—they’re truly inspiring. ;)

I really like the periods of 2017 to 2020 and 2021-2022. Most liked for 2017 I like first row column 5 (the woman in white on the bed.) For 2021 I like row 1 column 4 (girl with the wild hair and lady in lace)

Spartan277

your Art work for Panda Panda with the two Red Panda gals on top fo each other remains my absolute favorite.

joragi

I'm probably just biased cause first introductions tend to have the strongest impact but I still love some of your earliest work!
