I think this one might be about looking back and having to cut someone out of the history of your life. When someone thinks this, they should realize that they are alive, they are well, and they have their own life to live. There was a point in their lives they never knew that other person, and they were happy back then. Though painful memories remain, you can't let yourself dwell on them or they will consume you. Focus instead on moving ahead, find something new that you want out of life, and be grateful for the friends and family you have. <3 (or maybe I just read *far* too much into it)
