This is random but I actually saw this in an interview. 2 Chainz explained that tittyboy is actually Atlanta slang for a very spoiled child. Growing up they were very poor but his mother still tried to do everything she could to spoil him. So that's where that name from, its like saying that he was still getting spoiled from source or "titty" so to speak.
