Okay, here we have two allusions:

When Peter called "Cookies!" I had the cookie monster from the sesame street in mind 🍪
"Sit down. Have scone. Make yourself at home." is of course a quote from Monty Python's Living of Brian. Agnes doesn't know this movie and she also don't know what would follow next 😅. So everything is fine.
