She really does look like an appealing sort of person to know, even if she's probably being eaten by stress wolves often. Being a food truck entrepreneur is extraordinary hard work - I used to know one.

Yes I have! I actually thought it was a *friendly* rivalry, though. Sort of what we have in dowtown Albany; every summer the downtown park becomes a food truck stand, and believe me there's a lot of business to go around. Every state worker working downtown will go down there at least a few times to pick up some good eats! Piggy Sue and her "Three Griddle Pigs" truck would be an instant hit around here, and there are plenty of carnivores to satisfy the wolves business, too.
