Do You Even Lift Rhinos? (Patreon)

Icy is the designated grownup of When We Fly.  In a cast featuring mostly mature adults, sometimes the adults need to go crying to an adult.  90s feel-good series usually delegated this role to an older, wiser, kinder woman, usually of color.  For our purposes, we get a virtual mountain of bear who's been there, done that and bought the blue t-shirt.  Now that Icy has your attention, she's going to remind you to spend your precious energy making your world a better place for all.  And don't skip leg day.  https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TokenAdult
