Some kuo-toa today (Patreon)

The stock kuo-toa has a lot going on, but it's largely stuff that won't come up in a fight, and serves to add complexity without depth to the gameplay experience for most players. I dropped the sunlight sensitivity, athletics advantage, ghost-sense, and net, and I slimmed the wording on the shield. The spear now is a harpoon that can drag PCs, though a strong PC might be able to wrench it from the grasp of our little fishman, and they got a couple abilities related to their buckwild ability to believe things into existince, which I think is probably the most interesting part of them. I also added a Cutter, because I want to see a goofy fishman assassin in more games. Anyways, enjoy!
