Rob is too funny but that was also so nice. Yessss team bonnie, Caroline, and damon !!!!

Cristy

I'm SO glad you made it here, this is one of my top ten fave episodes! Caroline - the little blonde distraction. We'll see more of that and I can't wait. "We need your entire high school graduating class to do this spell." Lol, Rob, but also pretty much. That coin scene is EPIC, one of my faves in all of TVD. Also, welcome to Team Caroline, Bryce! You're gonna love it here.

Diamond

Yes Rob for being Team Bonnie and Damon. Bonnie is my number one but happy you finally revealed it.

Jane Thomas

that was a nice treat at the end

Jane Thomas

btw when will the tv show poll be up?

kai

“i’ll be the safest psychotic bitch in town” she ate that so bad

Alana

I don’t think it was that obvious Rob lol I thought you hated Damon in season 1 😭😭 well played #teamdamon

StayBae

Idk what made me check so early! Whoohoo!

Give peas a chance

I love Elijah so much. He's so suave, intelligent and terrifying. That coin scene though - the way he casually flings them causing utter devastation. He's by far my favourite original. He's the only one that is controlled and measured in his actions. He rarely loses it.

I was Team Damon when I watched it as a teen but when I rewatched it as an adult I got turned off him in season 4 😭

Kiara

The shirt lmao

briboeee

team bonnie ALWAYS 🫡

Caroline
>>135042634

Same! and as an adult i can't stand the character! He is funny and sometimes funny to watch but compared to Stefan, Bonnie, Klaus, he is just not it. How anyone can be team Damon in 2024 is beyond me 😂

Murphy

Screaming over those t-shirts!!! Love them! Nice to see another welcome addition to Team Damon. LOL'd at Bryce's honesty at the end there (sorry Stefan...) That Caroline shirt is awesome though. She's had such an amazing glow-up already this season.

valentina

something tells me that someone who appears in episode 18 will be Bryce's favorite👀 yess rob team damon!!

Jane Thomas

Tbh I thought rob is gonna pull a jenna T-shirt for Bryce but Caroline is close. Both blond lol

Salma

Rob being team Damon!! Love that!!

Salma

Damon, Bonnie and Caroline T-shirts I LOVEE

Tabitha V

M.

Yeah I wasn’t sure what team Rob was at first but as the show went on I definitely had a feeling it was Damon!

Kate Hennebery

I’m definitely team Stefan and Bonnie with a lot of love for Jeremy and Klaus (I’ve seen bits and pieces of The Originals but I plan on watching that after I finish TVD). I’m watching the show along with the guys so this is exciting for me. When I was younger, I would just randomly catch whatever episode that was on television so I can’t wait to see their reactions after I have just seen the same episode. I have a soft spot for the Tyler storyline so far as well. I’m enjoying seeing his progression as a character so far in season two. Damon is a charismatic character but Stefan has literally been the most perfect man to Elena. It’s so easy to root for him and Bonnie as people. I can’t get over how manipulative and evil Damon is and charisma doesn’t change all the evil he’s done (for me).

j-l

lmfaoo the shirt reveal i had a feeling rob was team damon. as he should be

Sydney

That t-shirt reveal was iconic 😂 I was 99.9% sure Rob was team Damon but it’s nice to have the confirmation!!

BeesKnees
>>135051782

Lmao I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that. Not too surprised there weren't any Jenna shirts but the Caroline one is dope too!

BeesKnees

The shirt reveal was so cute haha, so nice of Rob to get everyone t shirts. Glad you guys are continuing to have fun with TVD! Also idc what anyone else says but I find the jokes and impressions you guys do of Jeremy so funny LOL. Everytime he's on screen I just know what to expect from you guys and you always deliver.

I'm still team Damon even as an adult (and a therapist!). I just don't bring reality and morals into a fictional show about vampires where EVERYONE has done bad things. (Including Stefan, Bonnie, and everyone else). So...idk.

Caroline
>>135042634

I understand to a certain extend but i cant look passed abuse where someone literally r-words someone. I understand that in a show with Vampires, none of them are going to be good people but what Damon did to Caroline is just not something i can root for. This goes for Tyler too, who tries to do the same to Vicky. In certain situations its hard to not bring reality and morals into a fictional show.

VD
>>135042634

Agree. I like Damon as a character, he's funny and entertaining, and I do feel like him and Elena are better suited, only because Stefan deserves better than Elena. But I could never actively root for him.

rachele

Team Caroline is so real. She's better than the big 3 (need a caroline edit to kendrick's song now)

chanel 616

can’t believe stefan is still underrated in 2024 but i also love caroline so it’s fine

Paris Hardy
>>135073306

I definitely appreciate him much more now revisiting the series a decade later, but it’s always been Damon.

Stina

Team Stefan here!! 👋🙋‍♀️

>>135042634

lmao saying this and then having klaus as your third pick…..damon used care as a human blood bag just as literally almost every vampire in the show. damon fed on her and she passed out and woke up the next morning with her clothes on and a bloody neck, he didn’t r word her. Also, the creators of the show always talk about how they regret certain scenes they did for some characters, and how they aren’t meant to be portrayed a certain way. it’s just a tv show about vampires looking over abuse is needed in order to watch the show. i don’t think being a damon fan in 2024 is any worse than being a stefan or klaus fan, it’s not that serious

Caroline
>>135042634

Even Ian has said that Damon r worded her. When Damon compelled her that is taking away her freewill, she can't say no to him and they for sure slept together multiple times. That's exactly what Katherine did to Stefan when he saw what she was, she compelled him and tok away his freewill to say no. I don't care what the racist creators have to say years later if it's not an apologie to Kat Graham. I am not going to talk about Klaus because that would be a spoiler but yes in my eyes Stefan and Klaus are better then Damon.

bateman bookworm
>>135042634

if taking away free will is a deal breaker, then you might as well turn the whole show off. you are entitled to your own opinion, i just think it’s crazy to say how can anyone be team damon in 2024 as if he’s any worse than the other vampires in the show

Caroline
>>135042634

One of the reasons i like Stefan is that he never compelled Elena so no i don't have to turn the whole show off because i don't like Damon. I didn't say that, i said it was beyond me that anyone would be team Damon in 2024. I don't think he is the worst in the show. It's just my opinion. I don't care if people are team Damon, good for them. I ment no harm and had no ill will by saying it. English is not my first language.

Nyeisha Melvina Clark

I honestly love both Brothers, but Damon captured my heart in Season 1 all the way to the end, whereas with Stefan I struggled quite a bit throughout Seasons 1 and 2 and then fell in love in S3 all the way to the end, and it's honestly because when I'm watching a vampire movie/TV show my least favorite type of vampire character is the vampire that sits on their high horse and acts like their a better vampire than the rest because they choose not to take lives or drink blood. When I'm watching a vampire movie/TV show I don't care if they are drinking human blood or killing people, maybe that makes me heartless but I never cared, it's what a vampire should be doing honestly so the "Good" Vampire trope always bored me. But as the seasons go, we learn that there is so much more to Stefan than that so by Season 3 I was in love. Damon will always be my favorite though.

VD

Out of curiosity (maybe you've mentioned it before and I missed it), did Rob watch the whole of TVD up till the last season? Wondering as he said he felt S2 was one of the best as well :)

amaya crockett
>>135143768

I so agree! Im glad you put it into perfect words because i feel like people have always had this whose the better character between damon and stefan and i never understood the craziness about stefan because its a vampire show…like why watch and then criticize vampires for acting like a vampire? I never cared for stefan much in season 1 or 2 but i definitely started to enjoy him so much more in season 3 because a different side of him was shown. We know that the vampires still have a part of their humanity so i dont think there is anything wrong with having morals but the whole good vampire trope was so boring and made stefan unlikeable for me for a while because he wasn’t perfect or a saint and when they finally showed that part they gave him a lot more substance.

I watched the entire series when I was in 9th or 10th grade, but have not revisited it at all until these reactions! - rob

Futuristic Girl

as someone who has watched this series multiple times, I don't have an allegiance to either brother. they're on the same level for me. I'm just here for the entertainment. I am partial to katherine though. she's my favorite villain.

Heida

Sorry Rob, I'm Team Stefan all the way! But I'm also Team Bonnie, Caroline, Matt (who I think gets way too much hate), Jenna and Alaric! But I feel like I'm one of the few people who doesn't dislike the other brother (in this case Damon). I love both of them for different reasons but I find myself disagreeing more with Damon and too many times where he does something awful. I also just have a soft spot for Stefan and I find him so underrated as a character, especially separate from Elena (no offense to Elena). As for the looks department, people talk about Ian all the time and I get it, he's dreamy, but Paul is dreamy too! Like why are people acting like they aren't BOTH extremely good looking? It just depends on taste. I have to say too that they have both aged beautifully, but especially Paul 😍 Fun fact: They say IRL Paul is more like Damon and Ian is more like Stefan 🤣 Another fun fact: Nina Dobrev was actually born in Bulgaria and is fluent in Bulgarian.

Aleks
>>135073306

I think it is actually changing for new audiences. Slow but steady lol. Damon's character/choices did not age well.

Aleks
>>135143768

For me the humanity is important (that's what it revolves around). I think audiences connect to that, even in a vamp show. Even with Damon I feel like they are connecting to whatever humanity he has. I like seeing different sides to Stefan but I also love how he treats ppl (humanity on/non ripper mode). That is the only way I compare the bros, when they are sane. Otherwise, yeah, they act like psychopaths lol

scarr

WOW I got that SO wrong! When Rob said he had a strong allegiance I felt pretty sure it was going to be to Stefan - cause in everything I've watched with these guys Rob always seems to root for the good guys and be pretty appalled at guys acting like a*holes (which is lovely to see btw). But I am THRILLED to have him on Team Damon who is easily one of the most compelling TV characters I've watched. And attractive, of course.
