It is very interesting to see where all the siblings have ended up... but how long will they stay there. Make sure to drop a like if you're enjoying our The Originals reactions!

i feel like now is a decent time to post this, i assume you’ll be getting more legacies related comments now that we’re seeing more of the school. not sure if you’ve heard the negativity surrounding legacies, if not, you probably will soon. legacies is very different, and no, it’s not as good as tvd or to. but i still 100% recommend watching it, if you go in knowing it’s not as good and also a bit more childish (that’s what i struggled with when it first started) it won’t be so much of a shock. it’s worth watching to see hope, lizzie and josie. i personally don’t care for josie at all, but hope and lizzie are great characters, especially in the last season. the cast of tvd and to don’t show up as much any of us would have liked (some do, but not often) but you’ll often get references and it’s all set in mystic falls so it’s very nostalgic. i loved legacies simply because of the characters, and i’d love to see someone react to it, there’s many tvd & to reactions out there but none for legacies. my mum was a fan of tvd from the beginning and she followed all the shows, even she enjoyed legacies at her big age (jk sorrry mum) she didn’t even mind that it was different from the previous shows and from what we expected, i was really worried she'd be disappointed, but she loved it. so i really hope you react to it despite whatever you hear. given some of the shows you watch on the channel, the more childish elements should be fine with you, the shock comes more from going from the originals to that lmao.

Great premiere episode but no, not Hayley!!! "Where's Caroline?" Rob was all of us when this aired, lol. Perfect reunion, no notes. It was such a callback to the ball in 3x14 of TVD. Making the big bad original hybrid clean is so Caroline Forbes coded it's not funny. I love the Vincent/Freya friendship so much too.

Love how fair and diplomatic this feels lol. idk if that sounds weird but I just appreciate how this is a cut above the typical "please react to my fav" pleas and actually provides tangible reasons to and what expectations to go into the show with. As someone who didn't finish Legacies (teen me just felt too much in-group cringe) this might make me give it a second chance haha.

Here we go with the forced Caroline cameos. Really lost Camille over klaroline fans harassing her with hate and death threats for forced snippets of klaroline.

although i do think a big reason is because of fan service, there are other reasons shes in this. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS: 1- setting up legacies. Even though Caroline practically isn't in legacies, the twins, the school, and Alaric are a huge part of it, and S5 was basically already one big "look at this cool character that teen Hope is, don't you want HER to be the protagonist???" 2- they needed some Deus ex machinas for killing the hollow, the twins were perfect for that. Caroline is there mom so might as well kill 3 birds with 1 stone and do all of these. --genericName_notTaken--

Ah Legacies, well I’m not ashamed to admit it. I hate Legacies. I thought it was a terrible idea, and that the shows creation ruined these last two seasons of TO. You are welcome to react to it of course, I don’t have to watch it (I refuse lol), I don’t count it as part of the universe.
