Alex is determined to get out but Sean seems to be fighting for custody which leads to tension. I think it’s good her mom didn’t come. Obvi we’d wish for it in a perfect world. But a mom like that will never change. And she can’t be her mom’s mom forever. She has to let it go. Sad as it is 💙
