Unsolicited advice for QT. Gotta scrunch curly hair as it's drying with curl cream and use very small amounts. Or use a diffuser on a hairdryer!

wallaman2005

QT: how much did you guys drink? Blonde Heckler: 5 beers over 6 hours

twibay

Qt not beating the wet allegations

Kinga

what lipgloss does maya use, its gorg!

Michael Kiwan

Does that help with the dampness?

At my graduation there was a row of guys who would not stop talking!!! And like I get it, it’s exciting and it wasn’t like I didn’t whisper to my friends. But the whole time they were complaining about random stuff nonstop They played a video showcasing the schools talent and they went on and on about “why aren’t we there” “our project was better” And it wasn’t until my friend turned around and said “you guys are driving me insane” that they toned it down (still annoying tho) But def gonna use that in the future

Rizzy_REDD

Baby Reindeer had me floored it was such a good show. Crazy it happened in real life. Highly recommend it on Netflix

stolenarmy_

my top five comedians in no specific order rn: nate jackson adam ray tony hinchcliffe drew lynch jessica kirson they are all super fuckin funny and are great comedians overall

stolenarmy_

I'll add that stavros is also great, just not someone im mainly watching rn :)

Grunky Peep

Wish you guys would talk more about alveus and maya’s work. Super cool job and organization. The world we be much much better if there were more Mayas in the world.

quinnn

interesting to hear them discuss Piers Morgan despite not knowing he is a stain on humanity, yet they still generally come to the conclusion that his interview was not cool, so they’re on the right track!

Jesse

Pierce Morgan has done worse😂

PooPstINK

Being Brandy's brother is not Ray J's claim to fame 😅

Erika

QT's verbal "gasp" early on had me lmao the range in topic this episode was really nice, serial killers are interesting though, i got sucked in to watching the netflix doc about richard ramirez and his possession all the way into the Cecil Hotel and Elisa Lam, it's super interesting but i hope you guys cover paranormal topics someday too! ;u;

Raths

Maya has her own podcast with Connor for that

Melodyingg

My sense of humor was shaped by George Carlin and Anthony Jeselnik if that tells you anything about how I view QT's sense of humor. Obviously QT isn't as political as Carlin could be, but she does hit those dark notes like he did in his later years.

Hannah

it was, until.... 😂

hæ

I think the baby reindeer story is quite complex and speaks well about how victims of sexual assault respond to the trauma in ways that seem confusing to the outside. It also delves into sexuality etc in a good way, definitely recommend watching it

Grace

QT you should check out "wavy hair routine" tiktoks! your hair's gotta be pretty wet when you use the curl cream and mousse otherwise it will be super stringy and weird. Also getting a curls specific conditioner is pretty good to start supporting your curl/wave pattern.

Grace

Also yeah it's always been funny to me how some people go on about how intelligent Bundy was etc when yeah no he literally only got away due to police incompetence, which happened a LOT with serial killers from that time. Same with Ed Kemper, were both of these men above average intelligence? yes. But Ed Kemper literally just befriended the police! Ted Bundy went "ahh come on, you can trust me with this open window!" and then they did 😐

pipaman247

I know someone who's family never locks their door to this day, and I've continually yelled at them about it for this exact reason!

Julia

The discussion around crowd work and how the audience isn't supposed to be funny is soooooooooooo spot on!! I went to a Chris Klemens show a month ago in Brooklyn and not only was it primarily chronically online humor that didn't land IRL, but he also DRAGGED the audience for being "boring" and "wasting everyones time" during the crowd work part of the show.

FullPlaid

if a man confronts a woman with a critique or criticism, it is most likely bait. they might be trying to manipulate you. there is this dating advice plague of disgusting concepts such as neural linguistic programming and psychological this or that.

BS

I forget who it was but there was one where a naked Asian boy was running crying down the middle of the road bleeding from his ass. A cop sees him and the serial killer talks the cop into handing the child back to him which he then killed. If I'm remembering right.

BS

As a Canadian always gotta rep Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo as serial killers to look into if you like that kinda stuff. Fun fact Karla is out of prison despite raping and murdering multiple minors.

suhbrly

qt's hair is extra wet today

Erik Ivarsson

Good to see QT is finally embracing her dampness

Jose Marin

Glad to hear tosh was funny! I watch his podcast and didn’t realize he’s actually really progressive. Always thought he was a frat bro who said eff marginalized groups. Man combo of stories today: we went to a show where a serial killer psychologist was talking about what makes a serial killer. Great show and made me go down a rabbit hole of docs but at this show there was a dum dum who kept trying to correct her and kept yelling out facts and crap! So annoying, just watch the show

Sorin

A man criticizing a woman can be bait for making her feel guilty for him but some women do that also. I Don't think this is specific to men but I think it's specific to shitty people

Arianna Lista

As someone with fine (and kinda thin) curly hair who had to figure it out myself, I use less than a dime of product for my whole head. It really is a struggle to get the right amount of product without turning into a grease rat.

mondo

Really want Maya to do that pop culture quiz, we get a couple of blind spots every episode (or the last few at least, but she's so confident. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, could be fun to put her up against Caroline Kwan if they'd have a guest on

mel

believe it or not theres a whole subsection of twitter for people who simp for serial killers and make fancams for them

Grace

Yeah the youngest victim of Dahmer. incredibly fucked up, and a huge display of ignorance and racism by the police, not only w the boy being laotian but the girls who reported it were black 17 and 18yo. Both cops were suspended but later reinstated with backpay(!!!), one went on to become a captain and chief of police and the other the head of a police union ????? it's so sad.

Michael Low

Just here to say fuck Piers Morgan

Mitch Mitcherson

Maya is bad at explaining movies and shows lol

BisonHero

I think it's so funny that A) QT is still surprised when Maya doesn't know some celebrity by name despite this happening every episode, and B) QT was extra shocked this episode about Maya not knowing Ray J, whose music is fine and all but he is like D-list celebrity at best. No offense to the guy, but Ray J is NOT important.

PooPstINK

He didn't come out ahead like Kim K, he just got a head

Lichterloh

QT going all out for the podcast and talking to those drunk women is everything. :D

ghostwritersrus

I'm so obsessed with the John Mulaney shout outs 🤭 I've pretty much got all of his old work memorized.

ghostwritersrus

Also if anyone hasn't heard her specials, a HUGE recommend for Iliza Schlesinger!!
