god i relate so much to being a "host" at parties, even parties that aren't mine. i almost dread not having something to do like cleaning or organizing games, just cause then i actually have to stop and enjoy the party and talk to people ugh

MICHY!!!!!

my first concert was jimmy buffet....

LeahGia

My first concert was American Idol Live 😂😂 like they went on tour

Jose Marin

Amazing that Maya didn’t know about MJ. He WAS acquitted twice though so nothing legally confirmed. That said I think he did it as well but also documentaries are usually one sided and bias. Rarely do they explore both sides and potential explanations for both arguments. They’re made to try and make you believe one point

Ali

So funny the first thought i had was that both qt and maya looked so cute today.

Phuongy

audio listeners they are GASLIGHTING this week

sawyer tsaregorodtseva

standing in solidarity with qt because i found a towel my new cat peed on like 30 minutes ago

Firefly

My first concert WAS in fact imagine dragons 😭 (I grew up in idaho and also mormon, my options were limited)

Jaded Kills

Qt said valorANT like Lud does and I cackled

Jaded Kills

Also Brooke isn’t just doing this for cancelled bc she’s TOLD THE STORY ON CANCELLED LIKE 3 TIMES lol. Don’t get me wrong, I will eat it up every single time haha but it’s not a scoop for the pod audience. We been knew

Alain Bourg

The lpotl pod on MJ goes into even more detail than the documentary and touches on a few additional cases and the mountain of evidence against him is overwhelming

Jewel

wait i almost have literally the same exact cat eyes acrylics

Ruben

I know this past month, before this episode, there were 2 documentaries mentioned that were on Netflix, 1 about Ashley Madison and one other which I can't remember. I thought they both sounded interesting but I can't remember what the other documentary was, does someone know?

Darcy

i love ur nails maya!!

MarQ

I don’t see the Patreon bonus episode ?

Ruben

Could be!

Tobias

not out yet, It always comes out the same time the episode goes up on YouTube, so in like 3-ish hours.

cobalt1705

My first concert was Imagine Dragons... 🥲

Autie Dino

The read receipt would have been really funny 😂

Kyle Lewis

Brooke talked about it on canceled awhile ago

Hearing QT mention the same story twice in a week can be a little disorienting sometimes, but it's good bc any details that were missed get filled in

Val

They didn’t mention it but in the article he said they only dated for 3 months but Brooke vlogged everything and it was over 6 months worth of vlogs. That man has never told the truth

Raths

Slander deserved.

BisonHero

I appreciate the dram, but y'all gotta send some of these tiktoks to Space ahead of time, or pull them up on your PC and screenshare them on Discord. Playing a tiktok on your phone speakers into your mic is *rough*.

Never comment on videos but wanted to share my appreciation for QT sharing her opinion on the MJ situation. I’ve seen a Fear& episode where he’s brought up and idolized and it seems like QT gets uncomfortable but doesn’t want to make a fuss about it. I totally get it because I’ve done the same thing in family/friend group situations and I’m not on having those conversations on the internet. Unsure if the documentary just didn’t get enough attention or people refuse to believe it, but it’s very convincing and upsetting to watch. I have a pit in my stomach thinking QTs going to get so much hate for this and end up regretting saying anything but I hope that the exposure you brought outweighs it.

pandaOnPatreon

bahahaha i had to pause to comment - gc, blink 182 and sum 41 were my first concerts too *high five* but the imagine dragons comment had me dying. i am also a professional hater of that trash band hahaha

If you're going to jump on the MJ slander train, you should at least do yourself a favor and read the mountain of evidence from court cases, the FBI, and more about how both the original case was an attempt at blackmail and completely fabricated by the child's father and the cases thereafter jumped on the same train. Even in the leaving neverland documentary, it is filled with falsehoods and lies from the two men, testifying on impossibilities, claiming abuse took place when it's verifiable fact MJ was in a different country at the time. It is incredibly important to help and protect those who have been abused and hurt, I would know, but things need to go through scrutiny otherwise you're just making things up and going with it. If all you do is watch a movie that was made for the sole purpose of convincing you of something, without looking into the facts behind it, including what the men themselves have said, you're doing all abuse survivors a disservice and should be ashamed.

I grew with a guy who faked an English accent. Everyone knew it was fake, his parents sounded like the rest of us, and he slipped out of it when he would get very angry. It was so weird and I have no idea if he still does it.

Got married last year and we agreed on Guess I'm in love by Kane, because we eloped we didn't actually have a first dance to that song. My husband danced with me to a totally different song and I am incredibly happy that our first dance was not the original song. I kinda cringe thinking about what I thought was a meaningful song is now tainted with Kane's actions.

The curtain is so much better!
