Nope, you guys aren’t dumb. Getting lost in Halo CE is a rite of passage. When I first played this game I was stuck on the second level when you first land on the Halo for like 4 hours just walking around cause I destroyed the warthog. It’s fixed in Halo 2. It was originally supposed to be a real time strategy game, with open world concepts. But evolved into the iconic first person shooter that defined the genre. A lot of the maps had to be reworked, and the inside parts essentially were copy pasted room by room to give more space, and save time. If y’all ever get time, the making of documentary is great.
