i don’t like the idea that we should be excited that taylor is publicly shaming charli for her incredibly vulnerable moment just because it means charli might swing back? she’s married with her own whole thing going on and i feel like so much of what she was trying to say is that women in the industry need to stop fighting each other over stupid shit. taylor calling her a jealous cokehead feels like she just wanted to try to highroad charli and that’s really fucking cringe and childish, especially for someone worth more than any of us will ever make.

Just because someone copes with their insecurities/addiction a certain way doesn’t give someone else the right to make fun of it/call her out on it. At the end of the day an addiction is an addiction this is real life situations and misfortunes that people have died because of. Whether that is denial of needing help or because of being unable to quit. Like QT has said whenever people try to turn real life issues into drama- this is an actual person and this is their life.Just because “charli is gonna reply” doesn’t make Taylor being a mean girl acceptable. Disappointed she doesn’t see whats wrong with this, a true fan wouldn’t be excited about this being the reason for new music.

I think it goes further than the song, and there's other reasons Taylor wrote Actually Romantic. You're right, Sympathy Is A Knife doesn't warrant AC, but AC talks about things outside of the scope of SIAk, such as the "boring barbie" line, and the "high-fived my ex" line.

This may come as surprising since I'm a Qt fan. I don't fuck with events (other than watching edited videos of master baker and streamer awards). I watched twitch because it was a place for a bunch of losers and outcasts to geek out about nerdy shit. I can't stand that it's now a bunch of popular people(on other platforms) realizing it's the best place to monitize their audience and getting the biggest name celebrity they can on their stream. I feel like since the na scene grew out of reckful/soda and eSports it makes sense that a lot of twitch viewership won't turn out for events.
