Neither of those O-Rod songs were sampling Taylor or Paramore's songs. They drew heavy inspiration which is why they sounded so similar so they fall under the term interpolation where you essentially just use the same melody (musically or vocally) that the original song used. You still need to get permission and all of that jazz (and usually give a writing credit) but it's technically possible to happen on accident if you've listened to so much of someone else's music. Sampling is when you literally take part of someone else's song and chop it up and use it in your song

I am pro laser hair removal! It’s been over a year since my last session, still looks AMAZING. I have some small baby hairs so I still shave like every 3 months but a game changer. Also went through pregnancy right after finishing and so far no changes or increase to my hair growth so… 🤷🏼‍♀️
