i completely understand that feeling of wanting to start at the beginning. That's why I could never get into Rae's GTA RP era as much as I wanted to because if I missed a day or two, I'd feel so behind.

The watching getting operated on happened to me! I was getting eye surgery, and I could see the reflection on the metal part of the tool they were using. AND I WASN'T ALLOWED TO LOOK AWAY. I had to stay still so they didn't cut the wrong area. Traumatizing.

it's funny you say that cause I've been a fear& watcher for so long but I always wanted to watch Wine About It but never did cause I didn't want to catch up. I only started watching when Rae did the reboot, and now I watch old episodes every so often.

Giving to charity doesn’t give passes but it helps with fighting against being performative. Same situation people have been voicing about “people being in their Chinese era” but not actively giving towards communities or programs that directly supports people of that community. Being performative allies isn’t inherently problematic or “canceling” but it’s not great. I think the group name is funny, at the end of the day! But as a queer from the south — it would be great if allies who are branding with “f-slur” could do some action to support a community that is actively going through it, yknow?

The most important note of its history is the origins of the usage of keywords for marketing. At the end of the day, assuming, Rae just came from a big life event and she’s not like the leader of her friend group — literally told a story about not having much scheduling say recently leading to miscommunication with QT — so she’s probably in that current moment not open to adding more work on herself. I personally think it was just good advice in general though! Felt happy to hear the advice from QT!

I birthed a 10lb baby with an epidural, I had a second degree tear, and I felt almost nothing. For me personally, if an epidural is an option, I’m taking it. To be fair though, I had an amazing anesthesiologist who knew exactly what he was doing.

I think the main reason why FSLR isn’t an issue is because it was brought up in passing and the viewers are the ones who really thrust it upon the group. It stuck before they even really had a chance to change it.
