I remember QT talking about a PCOS diagnoses and i just want to say that i have PCOS and almost EVERYTHING she talks about across her podcasts as health issues I can relate to, and have been tied to my pcos diagnosis. Heart palpitations, low iron, nerve issues, or "tingling" anxiety, hard time hitting a goal weight, depression etc etc etc. It is such an under researched issue that effects so many bodily functions and just gets swept under the rug, OR medical professionals only look at the symptoms individually and don't ever tie them back to the hormonal and metabolic dysfunction caused by pcos. (it Is a genetic condition but Also!!! hugely tied to trauma in your developmental years). It is very relatable/validating to hear her talk about the same things me and other women with pcos experience and to see the exhausting reality of trying to tackle the random symptoms all the time (While being a hypochondriac!!!!) it can seem like you're a person whose obsessive and crazy about health outwardly but it truly is exhausting, scary, and overwhelming.

I had low ferritin last year. Mine was 11 and I could not think properly and felt like I had brain fog all the time. Also had the tingles. Took the iron supplement for three months prescribed by my dr and everything went away. Hope you feel better QT

This! Also, if you are diagnosed or think you have PCOS, I recommend getting tested for Cushing's Disease because it has the same symptoms but caused by very different things. I was diagnosed with PCOS for years only to just get tested for cushing's and now I'm getting surgery.
